Double L Plumbing

Double L is great. Cameron and Terry arrived promptly at 0800 and went right to work. They were quick, efficient, and courteous. They did an outstanding repair and explained every step of the process. They finished. then cleaned the area and went beyond by attaching the sheetrock they had to remove. We are very pleased with their work and attitude. Double L is our plumber of choice. Double L is fair priced and always gives us a painless experience. Thanks for taking care of our needs for the last 15 or so years.

Super fast response time. Service tech Daniel showed up and was quickly able to identify the issue. Made the repairs and also looked over the rest to make sure all was in proper working order. Very professional service tech and super fast response from the office. Highly recommended.

We received a text reminder about scheduling the night before.
We received at text with tracking map that morning about appointment and arrival.
The bar faucet was replaced and installed correctly and the kitchen faucet was diagnosed with a bad gasket.

I had Double L Plumbing out to the house Friday afternoon to re-route the plumbing to my whole-house water filter and to replace 5 outside water faucets that were leaking.
Cameron and Josh showed up on time and did a really nice job on my water filter.
I don't know how he did it without making a mess, but he did!
The outside faucets went well until the very last one.
My fitting inside the wall broke loose and I was afraid we would be without water at least for the night.
Cameron knew exactly what to do and in just a short while he replaced the broken fitting and we were good to go.

Thirty-eight-year old shutoff valves under kitchen sink were leaking — old rubber washers inside had degraded. Contacted Double L Plumbing and scheduled appointment in an 8-10 a.m. window to have them replaced. Seth arrived promptly at 8 o'clock, replaced three shutoffs with new quarter-turn valves and also replaced supply lines with new braided stainless lines. Seth was friendly and professional, worked quickly and efficiently, and work was completed in under two hours. I've used Double L previously and will use them again, if need be.

These two guys were amazing. Explained what they did so I understood and could explain it to my son. Then came back and got my water turned on. I didn't know if you open valve completely it will shout the water off. Big kudos to both of them!!!!!

We have used you several times. All the tech have knowledgeable and do excellent work. Ellis did a great job for us!

Our Professional was very kind. He knew which tools were needed to correct the back feeding from our sink drain. He quickly diagnosed the problem and wasted no time to get the issue corrected. I would call him for future plumbing repairs.

I wasn’t sure what to expect since customer service seems to be a thing of the past. This company and Cameron Powell went above and beyond. Work was completed fast and attention to detail was impeccable. So refreshing to see work ethic still exists! They were fast and even left it better than it looked before they arrived!

They are one of the best plumping companies in the area. I would recommend them. They are on the higher end price for a plumber, but worth it. From my experience they will alway fix the plumbing correctly and go above and beyond to guarantee their work.

10/31/23 Update: I called for another follow-up repair over the weekend and received a call before business hours Monday morning and they dispatched a tech same day. Chris Patton was very kind, knowledgeable and fixed the issue once and for all. I have had an amazing experience and each employee gives you Chick-fil-A style service :) Highly recommended!!!

Seth came on time and quickly and efficiently fixed all 3 of our plumbing issues. He replaced a leaking outdoor faucet, found the cause of a toilet leak and installed a new one, and repaired a kitchen faucet that had extremely low pressure. We are completely pleased with his work and the costs were fair and reasonable. We will definitely call on Seth at Double L Plumbing with any future plumbing issues!
