Hard to get into and no real entrance to building

It seems that they aren't interested in getting new customers. Trying to gather information about what co packing services and ingredients they had available was like pulling teeth. Couldn't get any information except that they couldn't help me and although I was friendly and courteous, their gatekeeper wasn't having any of it. I'll just keep looking for someone to manufacture one of my product ideas that actually wants customers. I really wanted to work with someone local...
