Dr. Crabtree is an amazing doctor. If you have house pets or barn animals, you should choose him and his staff!

Our cat got bit by a copperhead on a Sunday night. My other vet wasn't open and directed me up to Ft Worth. I got Dr Crabtree's number from a neighbor; he returned my call within 5 minutes and told us he would meet us there. He diagnosed snake bite and administered anti venom and kept her overnight to monitor her. He was wonderful, caring, and told us the facts. Luckily she made it and we brought her home the next evening. All of the staff was kind and friendly and our invoice was incredibly reasonable! His waiting room was full when we went to pick her up. I think after this experience we will be switching to this clinic if he is taking new patients.

Our family has been coming to this vet for over 20yrs. Always professional and extremely helpful especially when we have an emergency. Everything from shots to snake bites to emergency care. We love Dr Crabtree always tells you in a way you can understand and is very passionate about his work and his staff is just as caring as he is. Thank you Squaw Valley Veterinary for the excellent service you have provided the Campbell family.

May I give 10 stars? My life being constantly full of rescued pets, I've had experience with Vets in various cities. Not one of them can compare to Dr. Crabtree and his extremely well trained, professional staff. Besides routine ear cleanings, etc. he recently did surgery on my dog and one of my cats.
He is clear in explanations, confident in approach and his compassion shows through with every visit. It is refreshing to put my trust in a Veterinarian who is in it for his love of and respect to animals. Added benefit is no price gouging here. He and his crew are very considerate of 'pet parents'. Also no waiting for an hour to be seen.
For all these reasons and more, I give 10 stars.

We took Our pot belly pig Fred in today to get checked out. Great staff great price and great with our baby 10/10 would recommend definitely gonna make this our primary vet for all our babies!!! 💜

Dr Crabtree & his staff are fantastic. My little Daisy was so sick when we took her in. Everyone was so kind & empathetic. But more importantly-it has taken time, but she is finely doing better & is playful again. ❤❤❤

My dog got bit by a snake late Sunday, we were out of town and probably wouldn't have made it to our clinic, they probably wouldn't have opened for us anyway. Dr. Crabtree opened and was there before we got there. He was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. His staff was very friendly and professional, too. I would give him more stars if I could, he went way above and beyond what I was expecting.

The Drs Crabtree are wonderful. This has been our vet office for years. From puppies and kittens, to my 14 yo Shepard George/rip. Fair and reasonable rates. Loving and helpful staff. Best vet in Glen Rose.

Very excellent docs here! A father and son team, two handsome men ladies!!! 🙃😉 Super friendly staff from the front desk to the techs. Building is large and clean. Good supply of foods, treats, collars and leashes. Highly recommend!!

Dr. Crabtree is an excellent verterinarian. The staff there is so nice and they always take such good care of my animals. He is the only person I trust to look at my animals. I highly recommend him.

The Dr. and the staff are amazing. Incredibly nice and helpful. I visited for an emergency with my puppy and they were very fast to treat her. I 100% recommend this veterinary.

I had a very special Australian Cattle dog in my life for 12 years named "Buddy." He started having some medical issues having seizures and then making circles and unable to walk straight. I took my best friend to see Dr Crabtree who instantly made me feel calmed and showed sincere care in helping my Buddy. Dr Crabtree explained to me what was happening, which was most likely a brain tumor. Meds were tried and did not help. It came down that I needed to stop the suffering and put him down. I was so touched by Dr Crabtree in his care and concern. Reminded me of a series of books I read, All Creatures Great and Small. Dr Crabtree is a wonderful vet and man. It has been a few years, but I wanted to let people know.
