I was on my healthy eating. The wraps here are yummy. The smoothies are so refreshing. My favorite is the limited edition watermelon mojito. So damn good!! Pardon my French. The inside is always clean. Service is great. Staff is always pleasant and courteous.

I love that this place has many healthy options to choose from. The Baja chicken wrap is delicious with tons of flavor. My favorite smoothie is the guava margarita, so good in the summer.

The staff is so nice here. I have come 2 days in a row now. Different employees on both days, and each and every single one of them is on point and so kind. I will definitely be returning and recommending just because of service alone. I love that they have vegan/ vegetarian options when you substitute chicken for plant-based chicken on any of the wraps or quesadillas. The Green Island detox smoothie is such a healthy option. No added sugar, and the little ginger kick is super nice.

Great wraps and smoothies. And there are several vegan options including a plant-based chicken alternative. Using the app gives lots of perks and discounts. This past week was free smoothie week. But since they were busy, they didn’t blend my smoothie enough, but were great about remaking it quickly for me.

Best smoothies on the planet Earth and the staff are the coolest. Delicious food too. Healthier than a majority of other drive-thru restaurants, go get a bite!

Customer Service Excellence:
Ryan took my order in drive thru and this young man was incredibly helpful, super patient, extremely knowledgeable of their products even explaining the minor differences of flavor changes that could be noticed between whey and pea protein. And I had so many other questions that he handled so perfectly. FANTASTIC customer service! Store manager: giving Ryan a timely promotion as soon as possible would be a wise and lucrative business decision, in my opinion. (Note: I don’t know this young man - I’m praising so much because this customer service unbelievably rare and deserves my time to write this). Also, the other guy that made my smoothie brought it to the window with a kind smile and pleasant attitude.

Product: I got the Bahama mama with two shots whey protein and multivitamin supplement as well (as a serious meal replacement). Very delicious no kidding probably the best smoothie I’ve ever had. High price at just under 10 bucks… but not unusual comparatively. Can’t fathom why it’s so expensive except to employ fantastic people, referenced above.

Bottom line to potential customers:
Stop looking for places, you found it - GO HERE!

I have gone to Tropical Smoothie for years. Today, I drove out of my way 15 minutes past other smoothie places to get here. Jason helped me and was genuinely kind, informative, and overall made me feel like my order mattered. The entire staff for that matter was attentive and pleasant. Well worth the drive. Great smoothies and food and great people.

I love their Detox Green smoothie! I tried their Cajun Shrimp Bowl and it was very good! My choice of side were sweet potatoes. They were great as well! Great Customer Service, Food, and Smoothies are a winning combination!!!!!

Delicious natural fruit smoothies that they actually use real fruit to make and not fruit flavoring. Prices are extremely reasonable, restaurant is very clean and the staff are super friendly. If you’re looking for more than just a fruit smoothie add in some B vitamin, oatmeal, and peanut butter for a great post-workout snack.

I love this place!!! It’s so clean and relaxing. Bri and Anthony makes the best smoothies. The girl Anna makes the best food. I would definitely recommend downloading the App and joining there rewards program.

Cheap prices, quality ingredients and a professional staff. One size smoothies about 5 dollars and a massive selection of drinks. You can also add food to your drink to make a combo to knock off a couple dollars on your smoothie purchase. Keep your receipt and at the bottom is a survey to make the smoothies even cheaper. I've been coming here a long time and the deals alone could cause repeat business but the flavor and consistency of good ingredients is the biggest part.
