I’ve seen some pretty nasty reviews of the Glen Rose, TX post office, but I just have to say that I’ve never had a bad encounter with their employees. In our three years in Glen Rose, we’ve only had a handful of problems with our mail delivery. And each time, the employees were kind and so quick to resolve whatever the issue was. Show a little grace y’all, everybody has a bad day or makes mistakes. They are good people and they work hard. They don’t deserve the mean reviews I’ve read on here. Thank you for your service, Glen Rose USPS employees!

++well, I just want to thank the mailman/woman that delivered mail to my house and folded the only big envelope that said on both sides: diplomas "DO NOT BEND". Thank to you, even on frames, both of my diplomas look like I had them on my pockets. Next time hire people that can actually read and follow directions++

They know what my address is and can’t even be bothered to walk up a few steps to drop it off at my door. They never knock to let me know they are trying to deliver the package and leave no notes that they even attempted it. If I wasn’t tracking the package through other means, I wouldn’t have known that it was trying to be delivered. I don’t want to hear that the package couldn’t be delivered when there wasn’t at delivery, or that I have to wait until you are open to grab my own mail, which is the whole reason I have a mailbox.

I'm not sure why they have at 5 star rating. We are travellers that needed to have a package from Chewy delivered and they refused it. Even though the USPS website says that PO locations accept general delivery for 5 days. The people awere very unkind as well. Which is weird cuz all the other Texans we've run into are amazingly helpful. Shame on you postal workers we pay your salary and did not get good customer service.

They couldn’t just use one strip of tape to close up a small box. Made me buy a whole role of tape…
