A die hard battery I bought there died, hard. The progress for getting a warranty replacement was super easy even though I didn't have the receipt, just the sticker on the battery. I guess I will keep getting my batteries there! Special thanks to the guy at the counter who could tell at a glance that the battery was dead and who knew exactly how to get the paperwork sorted quickly and easily. I was in and out in maybe 5 minutes.

Adler is the man! Helped me sort out my windshield wipers, clearly knows his stuff. Great dude, talk cars and military all day long!

Great customer service. Trysten helped me replace my car battery when auto zone wouldn’t! He even offered to replace my janky windshield wiper. So quick too. 10/10 will go back!

I returned a part for a friend. They were very helpful and friendly.

I had worked a 12 hour shift on the day I had Advance Auto Parts test my car battery. The shop was scheduled to close at 9pm, my drive from my 8am to 8:00pm work sight had me at the store around 8:20 pm. I was helped but was advised that any battery required would not be installed that night. Understood. Courtesy with service tho thankfully I was able to start my car the following day to get a new battery at the car dealership. Problem solved.

After having to get a jump twice in a.m. of 7/27, I finally made it to your location on Williams Dr. I was very impressed with Rolando Viegas - superb customer service, great sense of humor, knowledgeable about products and mechanics, and had my old battery out and in with the new in no time flat. Excellent service!

You should seriously offer ADLER some type of commendation, if not a promotion, for his superb customer service & his positive attitude toward every person who walks in the store. And I'm sure you are already aware of the fact that he knows what the hell he is doing...

I still have a lot to learn about doing my own motorcycle repairs, and I happened to walk into this store without knowing exactly what part numbers I needed...I only knew the name of the parts. ADLER offered me excellent quality customer service, did NOT treat me as though I "should know" this or that already, and he was very quick with his resources to help get more specific details to ensure I receive the correct part for my bike.
This man is superb because he is also capable of offering the same level of quality service to other customers at around the same time when he appears to be working solo (for the most part). I never felt disregarded or set aside...and I am happy when I see that others are still sociable during this new "mask-wearing, anti-social world". It now seems rare to find personable people.

Because of ADLER, I will be shopping at your store for my maintenance needs from now on!

A very friendly staff. They work with you to help you find what you need. They give you different options, help you choose what is best for your car. I recently bought a new battery for my car from Advanced Auto Parts, and they had a really good buy on the battery I needed, and they installed it for me.

I have to say the customer service at this store is amazing. I’ve never been more pleased when leaving a store. I will be returning to this store for all my needs.

This purchase was concerning changing oil in a 2017 Ford Superduty F-250 and the GM was quick to find a solution as Ford and other mufacturers come out with their products slowly but surely..

They are all so nice an very helpfull and knowledgeable due to the fact I am not.
Although,I do know there is no such thing as binker fluid!

These guys are always available and have every part that I need in stock. They don't get annoyed when asking specific questions like at some other parts stores. I wish I had started using Advance as my goto years ago.

Advance Auto in Georgetown is my preferred auto parts store. They have great customer service and know their business. Justin Holston is the mzn you always need to talk to! He always takes care of me and my family, and does it with friendly, happy service!

I don't usually rate chain places like this but the staff here is awesome! Definitely genuine people here interested in making sure you get what you need.

Sometimes the service is questionable at this place, but today the guy who helped me out was awesome. I always go here for my auto needs, but I have to say this last trip was a very positive experience.

Every time I go here they impress me more. They teach me about my car & have recommended specialty mechanics that we couldn't have found on our own. Highly recommend.
