Had lunch here Friday as part of a group of 11. We called ahead and they had a table ready for us when we arrived. I don't know our server's name, but she was fantastic and the service was very quick. The fried pickles were great -- nice and crispy with just a little kick to them. I had the fried fish plate with green beans and mashed potatoes. Thin pieces of fish breaded with crispy cornmeal. Just like the fish I grew up eating in South Mississippi. Delicious! I loved the green beans as well. They were southern style with some pieces of tomato in them. I can't tell you how many times I've passed this place and never even noticed it. Would definitely return, especially on a Friday when they are serving fish!

One of the best restaurants we have eaten at in a long time. The service was great!! The food was better. A simple conversation with the wait staff and manager and they were able to accommodate our families fish allergy. The fried okra was the best I have had in a decade.

I just found this gem. The steak is FANTASTIC AND MELT IN YOUR MOUTH tender. I am looking forward to lunch for the fried chicken I have heard about. My friends and I have decided we will go often.

Down home cooking, very good food. Portions are generous. Most all of the waitresses are extremely friendly and helpful with the exception of one. She seems to always be in a bad mood. We have eaten here numerous times for lunch and dinner.

Bunch of good German farmers enjoying great cheeseburgers, cold beer and Superior catfish and shrimp on Fridays. Or at least during Lent

I went whith a group so the manger opened up a complete section for our group. Very cozy for us, 16 folks.

They are known for their pork chips but I also love their steak as well.

Very laid back country store vibe. Great options, the sides are very fresh, we will be going back! Had the fried chicken special of the day, large portion and the mashed potato side was on point - freshly made, fllavorful gravy. Also had a very fresh salad, hubby had cabbage which was excellent! Worth the drive!

Staff was very friendly. Chicken strips were amazing! The green beans were really good as well as the gravy. Definitely worth a stop in.

The Fried Chicken Special with the Texas Beer company IPA was excellent. Visited the appropriately named bait ship afterwards. Thursday's is bull riding night!

My husband had been out here and raved about the food , I had the two pork chops one grilled and one fried and mashed potatoes and Brown gravy and green beans!! It was absolutely cooked to perfection and some of the food I’ve had in years , seasoned and delicious! I highly recommend! And we will be back , I hear Tex mex night is great 😊

Circleville Store is a wonderful restaurant in enjoying and relaxing your evening with a cold beverage and fantastic great food!!!! I love their hamburgers and chicken fried chicken and chicken fried steak and fried catfish along with appetizing okra and green beans and mashed potatoes!!! Try their mouthwatering onion rings and fried pickles along with some ranch dressing!!! Circle Stone waitresses are exceptional in providing their friendly and welcoming customer service!!! I highly recommended Circleville Store to all visitors that are looking for great food and genuine customer service!!! Jerry Stefek

If i could give this place 10 stars i would. I had the meatloaf. It was the most amazing meatloaf i have ever had in my life. Im not kidding you have to try it. I know it has bacon in it but not sure what else. If i were to guess i would say corned beef but what do i know.

I am working at a plant in Taylor, Tx and googled this place. Real good chicken fried steak hope I can work back up here to try something different.
