First Convenience Bank

Alejandra is the absolute best. She went above and beyond to help me with a transaction because I live in another state. This bank should be happy to have a manager like her.

Love this bank location...they are fast efficient & very friendly! Tellers do not gossip about their personal life in front of customers like the west side location in walmartsuper center.

Thank you for being Convenient, never had an issue and I love getting paid early and with all “pending” deposits. Nothing to complain about, thank you.

Can't believe all the negative posts. Have always had a pleasant experience at this branch. While an occasional lengthy line occurs, I am usually met with a smile from the clerks. Transactions have always been dealt with in a timely manner. Have been a customer for about 10 years.

Wait times are usually over 30 min. Understaffed on weekdays.

This bank has problems with simple addition and subtraction. I used this bank and left because they put things on hold and they will drop off of your account when you check online then reappear the next day. I once had several items pending for 3 days and overspent on a large purchase on the 3rd day. They bounced everything that had been pending for 3 days because they paid the large purchase first, before I could make it there to make a deposit. I wouldn't recommend this bank to anyone that I loved or even hated.

Bank services sucks. Always trying to charge for extra services that you didn't ask for. Then they try to charge over draft fee's when you have the money in your account. Don't do it just go to another bank save yourself the hassle.

Worst customer service ever, DO NOT bank with them if you have to call they will leave you on hold for hours thats if they answer at all

Best people . Worst policies. Can’t even cash a Cashiers check. I will be closing my acct

Always have more the 1 worker, but only one person working the counter so the line is ALWAYS long

NOT much of a "convenience" when I can't get a roll of quarters from you because I don't have an account there. ANY other bank in town would do so.

Basura de servicio y de banco , ellos robaron de mi cuenta, hicieron un envío sin mi consentimiento cuando segun yo no tengo el sobregiro en mi cuenta y ellos lo autorizan sin decirme nada mejor vayan a Wells fargo o chase ellos si son mejores
