American Plumbing

I called this plumber at noon on Sunday with the problem of my kitchen and bathroom sink backing up. It was slow draining earlier in the week; but I work 6 days a week and couldn’t miss work to have someone out. Sunday I started dishes in the morning and both sinks started backing up almost overflowing! I started calling down the list of plumbers in Odessa area and was told that someone would contact me today or tomorrow. American plumbing answered right away and said they could be there in an hour. Amazing service both over the phone and while on the job. They respected my house, contained the water that was everywhere and fixed my problem within an hour! It was even the helpers birthday! I’m so grateful they took the time out of their Sunday to come and help me. The master plumber even explained to me how to tell if a company is licensed and the insurance that they carry. He showed me his card and what to look for. I am above and beyond pleased with the service, listening to my concerns and addressing the problem at hand. American plumbing asked for a reasonable rate and we’re beyond accommodating with my schedule and need for help. As a woman calling in, I’m used to many men workers either taking advantage of my knowledge or overcharging. This company is a family owned business that I truly can trust. I will definitely be calling again for any needs. I 100% recommend this company!!!

I’m haveing a big issue at my house with plumbing. When I called the guy was very rude and when I told him I lived in Seminole he said he won’t help and hung up on me. Piss poor customer service.

Called for information on plumbing help and was treated very poorly, The man had attitude and tone and was clearly uninterested in what I had to say.
