Hampton Inn & Suites Seattle/Redmond

The room was arranged by my employer to stay in while in town for training and I'm very glad they chose it! The staff provided one of the best experiences I've had at any hotel. Very friendly and helpful, I wasn't just "another guest" they actually showed an interest in knowing me while I was there. The Tuesday evening happy hour with free food and drinks was a great bonus. The room was clean, comfortable including the bed. I never visited the pool but the gym was also kept spotless and though the available equipment was a bit limited it worked fine for the short stay. If I'm ever back in town for personal reasons I'll be keeping them at the top of my list!

For a 3 star hotel this place is fantastic. I've stayed here multiple times over the years and never had a bad experience. Rooms are always above par clean and maintained. They have more than the standard amenities including gym and computers with printer to use freely but also indoor pool and hot tub. My personal favorite however is the daily free breakfast. I'm not talking about a "Continental" breakfast they have on site chefs make it even morning who switch it up from day to day as well. Never had a problem with availability even on short notice. Finally for everything you get I usually find it priced as a deal rather than just a discount. Honestly this should be a high 3.8,3.9, or 4 star hotel. 10/10 would recommend.

5 stars all around! After a long and dark drive I arrive late at night to a warm welcome from Pat at the front desk, she is an absolute GEM! She was already helping another guest when I arrived and she easily juggled both of our needs while also finding time to quickly help a guest on the phone! I'm all set up with a great room now thanks to her 😴 Thanks again Pat ❤

Stayed here for a couple of days because my apartment flooded and needed a temporary place to stay.

I see other reviews saying bad things about the front desk staff, but so far, they have been nice, and they greet me by my last name whenever I come in.

Most of the nights were quiet, but there were 2 ocassions where the noise from the upstairs room was too much at night. However, they calmed down at a reasonable hour.

While the hotel is mostly quiet, the sound isolation is bad: you can hear people walking in the hall, and you can easily hear people above you.

Note: The digital key never seems to work, so make sure you ask for a key card instead.

Check in was done within 5 minutes. Communication with staff was great. We had an EV and there was more than enough charging availability for us. Room was clean and large. I would recommend for anyone who wants a great place to stay. Also so great that they are pet friendly. We didn’t have our fur babies with us but will next time.

Our stay at the Hampton Inn Redmond WA October 2023 was nothing short of wonderful! The room was amazingly comfortable; beds, pillows and luscious white silky coverings kept me from wanting to out and sightsee the beautiful surroundings of autumn leaves. I can't say enough about the staff...extremely helpful guiding us to bus routes and walking trails. Poonam Kumari front desk associate felt like family by the time we regrettably had to leave for home. The staff went out of their way to assist in all accommodations. Not to mention...the best warm home baked chocolate chip cookies each evening placed by their free coffee stand!! Omg...delectable. I would highly recommend this Hampton Inn...clean and inviting. Can't wait to return.

Great security- needed your card to get in outer doors,stairways and elevators. Clean ,comfy room with tons of outlets and USB ports. Friendly staff. My only request would be extra and better bags in garbage. Every bag split when we pulled out and no additional bags in cans. Central location to everywhere we needed to go. Good breakfast plenty of food.

We booked this place last minute. During Labor Day weekend. Hotel was updated and clean. Bed was comfortable.

Very nice hotel!! My stay here for my birthday weekend in April 2023 was super relaxing, clean, & cozy!

We stayed in the Executive King Room & it was very clean & modern. Super cozy, had plenty of outlets and seating. Has a desk/vanity with a mirror and chair. Has a mini fridge and some drawers to put clothes in. Small coat closet when walking in. Perfect for luggage. Big bathroom and plenty of space. Just wish there was more holders in the shower for shampoo & conditioners.

Check in was at 3pm for us.

The halls were clean and not dirty. Good lighting. Breakfast area was super nice and plenty of room. Very yummy, lots of options. (waffles, toast, cereal, eggs, biscuits, bagels, muffins, oatmeal, etc.) The pool & hot tub was very relaxing. Clean. Lots of room to lounge out. Plenty of parking in the parking lot. Felt very safe. The only down to this trip was the noise. Couldn't sleep in as the guests & workers were very loud doing house keeping and the doors keep opening and shutting very loudly next to us. But,

Overall would stay here again 1000%!!

This was an extremely nice hotel in a nice suburb of Seattle! Very close to Lake Samammish. Everything was wonderful from check in to check out. The rooms were spacious and clean. The shower was one of the first I've encountered in awhile that had a modern look but was also functional. I would definitely stay here again!

Loved my stay here! The room was perfect, very clean, had everything I needed. Included a mini fridge. Free breakfast was great! One thing I can say is that they should list what’s mixed in the eggs in the morning one morning they were plain and the next they had meat and peppers inside. Otherwise I appreciated the breakfast, the quietness, and the location was perfect! I was in town on a business trip.

I've stayed here on a handful of occasions, and I've never had a bad experience. Everything is extremely satisfactory and it's never too expensive.

Just finished up a weeklong stay at this location and it was one of the best hotel experiences! We landed several hours earlier than check-in but Poonam at the front desk was able to accommodate us. She turned our stressful morning into a relaxing post-travel day.

You can't beat the location. We were only a few minutes from the freeway. There's a Target right next to the hotel which was great for all of the "oops we forgot to pack that" needs.

For those traveling with pets, this location is also great. There are a few doggy poop stations along the parking lot. I felt safe walking the dog alone at night as the area is very safe.

There's hot breakfast every morning and the menu changes each day. Everything I ate there was tasty. I loved the variety offered each day. Also free cold water, hot water, tea, and coffee offered in the lobby 24/7.

I called the morning of my reservation, 12/23, to delay my arrival, and the gentleman who answered was so very accommodating - i had my reason ready but I did not have to give my excuse, he already knew that the ice storm was crippling travel in all of Washington State. Check-in on 12/24 was easy and fun with Genevieve at the front desk. Everyone who I encountered were so nice. Breakfast looked great but I just wanted coffee. Chris was awesome when I returned late on the evening of 12/25 with my hands full of bags/gifts, and I couldn't find my room key. He generated another one quickly which I appreciated since I was so tired. Great amenities, Neutrogena in the bathroom. My room felt clean and comfortable. Check-out was easy. I chose this hotel because of the price and free parking. I have stayed at several Value Hotels in 2022, and the Hampton will now be my first choice for 2023.

Conveniently located near Target and Fred Meyer supermarket. There's a Costco nearby as well, which was a huge plus for us.
Modern style room that was quite spacious and clean, housekeeping is great. Front desk/manager is friendly and approachable.
If you live at the far end of the inn (which we did), there are two long hallways until you reach the main lobby so it's quite a walk. There is a side exit there so you can park your vehicle near it for easy access.
Breakfast area is great. They switch up the heated foods daily. Food preparers are attentive, making sure nothing is out of stock.
Would definitely come back.
