Would love the opportunity to speak to a manager here, had 2 back to back great experiences with the same associate. Her name is Yana S. She treated me with respect and kindness, was very patient and just a great person. I can tell she enjoys what she does and she should be commended for it. It really did make me want to go specifically to Champs when shopping for shoes. Thanks Yana!

Good selection, friendly and helpful staff

Was told I couldn't return my defective shoes despite having the receipt because I failed to keep the box. Who expects new shoes to come apart at the seems in less than a week. Will not be buying anymore shoes from m Champs.

Made an online order and it was supposed to be sent out from this store. After about 2 weeks had to cancel because package was sitting at store with no movement. Called store and customer service and nothing was done. Only thing done was giving me a refund. Horrible service.
