You better hope you don’t need anything from them once their doors are closed. And the 800 number on the website is just static. The saying you get what you pay for is not a lie.

LONG TIME CUSTOMER DENIED RENEWAL OF INSURANCE
We recieved a letter in the mail stating that they would no longer be able to renew our insurance due to some accidents that happened 8 years ago. We have had Fred Loya insurance for over 10 years and because I locked my keys in my vehicle and filed a claim for the keys the review board decided my driving record was deemed non-renewable. Mainly due to the 3 accidents that happened 8 years ago and more. I asked the gentleman on the phone (corporate office) that if i had not filed the claim for locking keys in my truck if i would still have insurance his reply was simply YES. SO if your accident prone don't bother even trying to obtain insurance. Three at fault accidents and you're no longer eligible for insurance. Even if those accidents happened 3, 8, 12, or 25 years of having insurance with one company for so many years.

Can't even get through to someone to get a quote. Unless you already have an agent number. Why would I need a quote if I had a agent????????????,
