Website is not updated very often. Driver was awesome. Was not home but watched on my camera. He was very careful and attentive in making sure it did not get damaged. Was there when he said he would be there as well. Driver did not know about camers either. Easy to miss.

What great dispatchers and yard personnel! Brett and Harold went above and beyond last week, during downtown construction which closed several ramps and streets. I really appreciated their helpful attitudes! The yard workers are great, too!

Great trucking company,very low freight rates,but they have now city drivers shortage. I was waiting to pick up my load for 2 days and only on third day their driver come. I hope terminal manager will fix that problem.

I love these guys, everytime I order something I ask the shipper to make sure the freight is as square as they can possibly get it and I've never had issues getting it in much better shape than when its not square or flat

I had to do a dock pick up for an item that was supposed to be shipped to walmart. The customer service at YRC is excellent, both the 800 number as well as the location. They helped me immensely, it was a birthday present for my son for his party the next day. YRC went above and beyond with customer service. Walmart failed in there delivery dates upon ordering and wasnt gonna allow me to get a letter of authorization to pick up my item, however after many calls to Walmart and the same amount of calls to YRC, they finally sent the letter over. The one lady I spoke with at YRC also even gave me her email and the email of a lady at the STL location for them to personally recieve the letter to speed up my process. They were just simply amazing. Upon picking up my item, everyone there was just the nicest people I have ever met. I thank you for making a big headache alot easier to deal with.

I go up there to pick certain items up sometimes I'm a subcontractor you're always accommodate me and I got a problem with receiving shipping reception nobody they always accommodate me make sure my stuff there when I call excellent place to order through and pick up through general contractors and other people who use at surface God bless America

Nice people. Easy to navigate. Nearby roads suck but they can't help that.
