Emily in the office helped my daughter with her move in process and made everything so easy! She made sure we had everything we needed and was there to assist with anything else!

Mrs. Nikki was a huge help with the move in process, she was helpful with understanding the paperwork and things that needed to be said and done. I’d definitely Recommend her and summer tree apartment homes to other family and friends. She was also very friendly and welcoming. I’m going to be glad to call this place my home. By her presentation I knew she’s the type to take care of her responsibilities and residents.

I love visiting my friend here! I even spoke with Emily in the office about touring and she answered all of my questions quickly and helped me figure out all of my moving costs!

It's a good place to live because Nikki, the apartment manager makes the experience enjoyable she is compassionate and very approachable. When my Dad and I were forced to move she make sure that we got an apartment suited to our needs. Brayen was excellent in getting our apartment ready.

Wonderful place to stay. The manager is the best so far, she’s always looking out for the residents, advocates for a new microwave on our behalf, got us the community pool pass. So much more. Thank you Nikkel, we love you.

Update : I had a phenomenal living experience at summer tree apartments, Nikkel Thomas was always as helpful as ever from moving in to moving out! I have never had such a great experience at an apartment and would definitely recommend living here. Maintenance was always helpful and quick to fix things, They have beautiful townhomes and apartments with wonderful residents that making living there so fun and comfortable. I’m sad to leave but excited for the next resident to move in and enjoy!

I have serached many apartments in Odessa and I finally found one of the best apartment which is Summer Tree!
It's really clam, neat, quite and safe place to live for everyone.

The office lady Nikkel is sweet and kind and she very responsive. The old maintenance man was awesome. The new maintenance guy is slow, it takes it a week or two to simple items. But I will still recommend this place to live c cause overall, office manager is nice, and the community is quiet and the neighbors stay to themselves.

Very responsive to issues. I moved in and had a prior smoker in the unit. Management bought me an air purifier, Cleaned the walls, changed the vents, and put in new flooring right away. Very quiet and safe neighborhood. Highly recommend.

I had a very particular experience with Summertree Apartments. My lease was signed, and I was ready to move-in, but due to personal and unforeseen circumstances, I was not able complete my move-in. I was in a very complicated predicament, but Nikkel did not hesitate to go above and beyond to accommodate me until the very end. From helping me out on move-in dates, to working out my unavailability to move-in after all. Her work ethic and professionalism are legitimate. She is absolutely amazing at her job! She resolved everything in a very timely manner. Words fall short to express my gratitude. She mentioned to me that she is fairly new at this location, and l hope that I can speak for many when I say that she is carrying on the weight of management so efficiently and positively to make Summertree Apartments welcoming to anyone that would like to live there.

About the apartment: What initially got me to rent at Summertree was the space I’d have for my pets in the backyard/patio. Secondly, was the open concept layout. It made my mind go wild with so many ideas on how to decorate. The windows are huge and the lighting, to me, was perfect because I do not like enclosed, dark paces. I am not a fan of fireplaces, but I absolutely had nothing against the fireplace for Christmas. I like how the floor downstairs does not have carpet, and the size of the bedrooms were ideal (with big windows as well).
Overall, my experience was great and if my circumstances were any different I am sure that I would have been loving my apartment right now.

I have been living in summer tree for about a year and a half now and the living here is extremely comfortable feels like your own home. the maintenance guy Jorge is extremely professional and has taught us so much about what to do when we get our own home one day. Everything has been easy.living here is amazing. Thank you!

My time living in summer tree has been good, I haven’t had any issues with maintenance or management. The office management, have been very professional,Nikkel always greeted me with respect, her communication was well put, I haven’t had any problems and I would consider living here.

I have been living at summer tree for over 2 years, and being there I have felt at home. Front office with nikkel, she has been a lot of help, no issues, no complaints. When I have questions or concerns calling her I haven’t had a problem, I can tell customer service to her is a priority. The day I move out of this property I recommend living here. The units are presented clean and well painted. The yards are a plus.

Since the moment I walked in I was very impressed these apartments are gorgeous and the young lady in office Nikki was so sweet and kind. Definitely recommend!

Summertree is by far my favorite apartments I’ve ever lived at. Very nice and quiet, feels like home. I have a condo and love it!

The most rewarding experience getting to meet the manager Nikkel. She has made living her so memorable. She has sent my daughter flowers while sick, sends out goodies religiously and is always doing office give aways. She has helped me more times than I can count and I could never thank her enough! Love that lady.

From before we moved in til now, Sydney the office manager has been extremely attentive and responds to any and all questions in a timely manner. The community itself is so comfortable and feels as if we belong. All the trees that cover this place is something I've never seen and just makes the place stunning! Any small or big issue is attended to within hours by the maintenance guy whom i really appreciate his hard work. The inside of our town home is much more like an actual home with the biggest and most beautiful fireplace you'll find inside a townhome. Our pup, myself, my daughter, and hubby more than love it here!

Nikki is great, she tries to help always but the property need maintenance, is a nice apartment, only need more attention by te company
