Carrie Shaver has some of the best realtors to work with! Our experience with Alba Estrada was perfect!! She is a very motivated, energetic, and passionate realtor! She deeply cares about her clients and is super helpful! Our home was listed and I .less than 3 months she had us a buyer! She also represented us in buying a property and has made the whole experience simply amazing! We will definitely be calling her again in the future!

I highly recommend Carrie Shaver Realty. My house was listed for sale through Carrie Shaver Reality. The process from listing to closing was professional and actually enjoyable. The communication was on point! Carrie Shaver was available and responsive throughout the whole experience. She is a hard worker and cares about her clients. She brought in a professional photographer for the listing. The pictures were high-definition and the aerial footage from the drone was a plus! The house closed in less than 1.5 months from listing. Would have been sooner if it wasn't for the banks. I am very pleased with Carrie Shaver Reality!

Carrie is very knowledgeable about the area and makes buying/selling a home as stress free as possible. Carrie doesn't talk down to you, takes the time to answer and questions and/or concerns, and looks out for your best interest. My husband and I both felt very respected by her. We value her honest opinions and insight. One of the main reasons we picked her to represent us in buying/selling was her marketing photos and proper grammar. I know that seems petty, but it was important to us to have our property marketed with professionalism. It's painful to read home listings with shotty grammar and to look at crooked pictures with poor lighting! You won't shotty work with Carrie! As I was looking for someone to represent us I was drawn to Carrie's style and work ethic.
Even though it's a seller's market right now and things are flying into contract, Carrie still did her supperior best in marketing and representing our home. Our home purchase is rather unique with it being a weird foreclosure... But we feel like we have an upper hand through the process though because of Carrie's knowledge, calm spirit, ability to multitask and get things done.
We recommend Carrie Shaver for buying and/or selling.

Amazing realty agency

I wouldn’t recommend Laura to list your home. She wasted our time. I have text messages of how unprofessional she was to give us our key after we sent an email stating we were done with the go around on closing our home. Extremely long story. But, she did nothing but, cause a HUGE headache. Hired a more professional realtor. He did so many steps she did NOT even do! Was so much more smoother. And pleasent. Save your self the headache.
