Great customer service when booking appointments. I was able to schedule root touch up and a haircut for the same week service. My stylist, Brittany, was punctual and gave you one on one attention to all your hair concerns. Highly recommend the product line for color and the entire team to make anyone feel confident in your overall look!

I had such a great experience with Brittany! She went above and beyond with my hair. She loves to get creative, and is happy to share her knowledge. My experience with Brittany changed my hair for more than just the cut and color - which turned out way better than I could imagine. Brittany recommended a spray and brush that worked with my dense and easy tangle hair. She wasn't pushy, she was just happy to help my hair get to a healthy happier place. I will definitely go back to see her!

Mahshid and her assistants were phenomenal! From the consultation, to the day of my color correction/ hair cut. Fixing someone’s mess up is not easy, but Mashid knew exactly what to do and how to nurse my hair back to health. Thank you so much Mashid! I have been seeing Brittany for almost a year now. And I have never been happier with my hair. She listens to what you want, suggests what’s best and she delivers it beyond expectations. Salon is super clean and everyone is very friendly. Yulisa was such a joy to work with! She is very knowledgeable and took the time to understand my hair history during the consult. I went in for a consultation with Jenni today for cut and color on curly hair, and I was completely impressed. I fell in love with her personality and her caring and kind way. I have an appointment for the end of the month and I look forward to seeing her and what she will do with my hair.

I’m obsessed with my new cut! I’ve been looking for a salon to call home for a minute, and I’m so glad I found Deep Roots. I think this is the first time that a stylist actually fully listened to what I wanted and delivered! Most stylists have tried to convince me to wear my hair curly (it’s not for me) or that my thick hair is great and I shouldn’t thin it too much, but Michelle HEARD me when I said to take a lot of weight out and give me some fun texture/layers while keeping the length. My hair looks and feels amazing and I will leave my hair in Michelle’s hands for as long as she’ll have me!

The stylists at Deep Roots CP are super knowledgeable and sweet. I'm happy to see whoever is available when I need to get in and always leave with personalized hair knowledge, great products and a style I love.
