Floyd's 99 Barbershop

So glad this place opened up! I like a barbershop cut but as a woman I don't feel comfortable/welcome in many barbershops. I used to go to Austin but now I can stay in Round Rock. This place is right across the street from my work! Also loved the cut from Courtney. I have short thick gray hair, and she did great cleaning it up and removing some weight.

I stopped into this location because of its proximity to my office, and I was pleased with the result. All the employees were very friendly, and my barber, Cristina, was very helpful and talented. Having never had my beard properly trimmed, she was able to show me daily techniques and transform my mountain man beard into a properly shaped style.

Love it here, atmosphere is cool and they play good music. Got my hair cut by Frenchie, she’s an expert and is super nice. Idk what they’re paying her but she deserves a raise

It’s no surprise that Tifa is the manager here. She is incredibly talented and kind. My son and I look forward to getting back to see her for regular haircuts.

They are awesome. They are my new Go-To. Their business model is appointment or walk-in, that fits my routine and my lifestyle. Their price is just right between all salons for men or women.

Had a lovely experience at Floyd's Barbershop. I got the hair exact haircut I wanted. I will be recommending to other!

Great overall experience

Everyone was really nice, and even though the reservation system didn't communicate my slot to the shop, the hostess said she could get me in anyway. The inside of the shop is nicely decorated, and the stylists working seemed jovial and friendly.

The stylist that the hostess wanted to pair me with conveyed that "she doesn't do textured hair (ie "Black" hair"), so while this shop is close to my home, and the hostess was kind and accommodating, it's sadly not a resource for people with my type of hair.

I know they're not allowed to put "we don't do textured hair" on the window, but that seems to be the case.
