Bon Bon was super helpful. We came in to get a cord for our printer and an ink cartridge. Bon Bon directed us to the section where to get the cord. While we were getting the cord she was getting an ink cartridge to have for checkout. In the end we didn't get the ink cartridge or the cord, the reason in the next part.

Marlon helped us in the electronics section. He was very pleasant and helped us get what we needed. Instead of a cord and ink cartridge, we bought a brand new printer, which came with an ink cartridge. We are happy that we made this purchase. Marlon went through some of the differences between the printers, to make sure we were getting what could handle our needs. Very nice gentleman. When we got his name he made sure we knew it was Marlon like Brando, not the fish (Marlin), enjoyed that.

The staff at your print & copy department have been rockstars this past week. As a business owner I need a quick turn around on marketing material. I have been into this location just about every day this week picking up and ordering materials. The print & copy staff have been amazing. Thanks guys!

I've been a loyal Office Depot customer over 30 years. They have always been my go-to for just about any and all personal/business supplies - that includes holiday gift items and cool toys.

The absolute best service!! Employees are focused and make sure the customer is satisfied. They go to Great lengths to make sure everything is done correctly or that I get the information that I need.

Jessie is the GOAT. He helped me buy the supplies for my entire office, and helped me set up my new desk/computer setup for livestreaming. You all struck gold with this employee

John and Jensen in the print department are top notch! I had a confidential print job that I brought in, thinking it would be an easy CTRL + P situation. However, the printer was printing the documents from my file out of order. John stayed later than his shift to personally print each document to ensure the information was kept secure. He was calm, patient, and very professional. Being in the Office Depot for quite some time, I had plenty of opportunities to observe how these guys interacted with customers. Jensen acknowledged each individual and made sure they knew they'd be taken care of. I will use this Office Depot because of the positive interaction and outcome!

When shopping at Office Depot, I’m always able to find what I need. The store is clean and the associates are always helpful. As a teacher. It is important that I’m able to go in and come out without a hitch and Office Depot always provides that.

What an amazing experience and one you don’t see too often these days. I was fortunate to have Kirk, the general manager of the store, help me. I had a situation and he spent as much time with me in finding solutions as I needed. I could have left, but as he was talking it through with me in a very kind, patience and very pleasant manner, I couldn’t help but listen. Having been helped at times by other helpful and pleasant salespeople, I now understand that Kirk’s leadership is their guiding star. Thank you, Kirk. You represent Office Depot with integrity, dignity and honor. I hope you get the recognition you deserve.

Found exactly the desk I was needing and it was priced in my budget. Jocelyn was very helpful and went to the storeroom to see if it was available to take home immediately. It wasn’t but she explained the delivery process and helped us contract with Apollo furniture assembly. New desk would be delivered in several days and assembled professionally. I appreciate the service we received.

I tried to write a review on the QR code that I was provided, but I forgot that I pressed the "no receipt" option :( Writing this on 11/17/22 which was my visit date :) Staff on-site was so patient and helpful even though they were super busy. Guy at the printer side with the curly hair in a man bun was AWESOME (my dad said so too lol); super friendly, polite, and calm despite the influx of customers he had at the time I went. Lady at the register with the white hair, thank you for being so friendly to us even though we know you had a hectic day!

Kirk helped me print an art print. Helped me make sure the margins where right and the colors didn't come out muddy. He was super helpful. Only took a few minutes!

I had a big poster order that I needed done for my wedding happening in a week. Several other stores had long queues or their machines were down. John, in the print shop at this Round Rock location really helped me out and made my order a priority. I had my posters finished in an hour and he was great and very helpful, thank you!

John at the print/copy center is the man! He always has great tips on how to get the most out of your printed copies. He's extremely knowledgeable.

Much improved customer service at Office Depot on 620 and I 35 in Round Rock since I last visited August of 2022. The new General Manager is courteous and focused on excellent customer service. Will start shopping there again.

Quick service and a definite feeling that this gentleman had a desire to help me. Went to the UPS store prior, and they couldn't have cared any less what I needed done. Calm, cool and collected service, and with a smile. Items ready before he promised and at a price that was way cheaper than I've paid before.
