Very few contractors rate 5 stars IMO. Zack and Tony are just the best around. They were taught by Randy, who could meet almost any budget, and would return for any issues ASAP. We had an additional porch added 1 year after the job was done and they returned to add the shingles, fixed a small leak at a vent pipe NO CHARGE.

I can't say enough about how wonderful of a job they did. Chris was so honest and easy to work with, he would personally call my husband and I to go over details and they showed up when they said they would. The most impressive part was that even after replacing the entire roof on our house, there was not one shred of trash or nails left on the ground. I have never had a contractor clean up the way they did, even in the excessive heat. Never did they stop and say that was good enough, they completed the job thoroughly and with excellence. So much integrity, I can't recommend using them enough!

We purchased a 72 year old house to remodel for our forever home after our retirement.
My wife was born and raised in Longview and moved away in her teens and wanted to move back to her childhood home.
During our home inspection we discovered our 12 year old roof had several issues with previous repairs and weather damage so I started my research in finding a roofer that I could trust.
It’s stressful when you’re new to the area and after several attempts to contact a roofer with no response to come out for a inspection we found Chris Langford Roofing.
After reading the reviews from his previous customers Langford Roofing is the company I called and Chris responded the next day to inspect and recommend the fix for our roofing issues.
During the inspection while we were on the roof Chris said “ I don’t like to talk myself out of a job but I think you have a few years of life left on your roof with a few repairs “. You just don’t find that kind of honesty around anymore !
After discussing it with my wife we decided we wanted to start our remodel on our home with a new roof instead of just a repair and we wanted Chris to do it !
Chris recommended the highest quality materials that were within our budget and with his experienced crew all the way down to his sidekick “ Daisy “ his family dog we had a new roof and the whole process just took 3 days !

From the first phone conversation, this guy had my business. He explained everything. Worked with my insurance. He even submitted the invoice. He is super friendly. His crew did a great job all in one day and cleaned up so good that I hardly knew they had been there. I would recommend Chris to anyone who has any roofing needs. When they were working they were very careful about things around the house and they cleaned up so well you didn't know they had been there. Great experience. Before the work started Chris was very attentive and willing to work on my schedule and the adjuster assigned to my roofing claim. Before Chris was paid the first cent, he met with the inspector, answered all my calls, responded to all my questions, and partnered with me through something I had no experience in. I can’t recall a time I called him and he didn’t answer. When the claim was processed, Chris and his team completed all work ahead of schedule with attention to detail and their quality of work was outstanding. On time, attentive, quality of work, performance. What else could you ask for. I would recommend him for any roofing or General Contractor work. Again, Great Experience.

Longview had just experienced a major hail storm. Dozens of roofing companies were swarming the city. I had four different companies come and give me bids. Chris was professional and efficient but not pushy. I contracted with him with the understanding that he would be a couple of weeks getting to me. Chris communicated with me exactly where he was with his work, gave me a date, materials arrived a few days before, he and his crew showed up right when he said they would and were finished the next day. They protected my flower beds as they worked, cleaned up thoroughly when they were done, Chris shared with me that I might experience issues around my chimney for reasons that were beyond his control and to please keep an eye out for leaks.

Chris answered the phone almost every time I called, returned my calls quickly when he didn't, answered all of my questions, and was understanding as I dealt with my insurance and mortgage companies trying to get him paid.

His crew was professional and hard working. He had an obvious mix of younger guys just learning the job along with several very experienced men heading the crew. One of them had worked for him since day one years ago.

Chris Langford Roofing is by far the most experienced and skilled company in the East Texas area for all your roofing needs. He goes above and beyond for his customers and grateful for each and every client he acquires. Hail storm come through...Call Chris! Fallen tree branches call Chris! Have you not replaced your roof since you moved into your home call Chris! He will vigorously work with your insurance company to get a brand new roof Through your insurance company. He has done many of the roofs in my neighborhood and many of my friends & familes roofs as well. You cant drive half a mile without seeing a home he and his crew has done their quality work on! Much of his work is done with 30 year shingles or lifetime shingles. You will not be disappointed with the final product! Jobs are completed ahead of schedule and the debris clean up is miraculous! The man's family has been roofing for generations and he has probably been doing it since he was old enough to climb a ladder and swing a hammer. Doing quality roofing jobs is in his blood and he is extremely passionate about the trade and this career path. I highly recommend him for all your roofing needs, you will not be disappointed!

Chris did my roof a few years back and did a great job. He and his crew are outstanding! Came back last week for some shingles that blew off during storms and called him up and they were right on it. They did another great job for me! You need a roof you need to call him!!
