Annalisa is very professional and took care of my needs. Selling & buying a home is a process and your insurance representative is a huge part of this process. She is a wonderful and caring person. I can tell that her customers come first . She takes pride in what she does and will do her best to make sure you are taken care of when it comes to your insurance needs. She was there with me every step of the way. She returned phone calls & followed up on some questions I had in a timely manner.
