I love everything about Dorado Pharmacy. I’ve been a customer since it first opened. From the pharmacist to the techs, you will not find a more professional, knowledgeable, and friendly group. When I was so sick with COVID, they were so helpful and caring and made sure I had all my prescriptions delivered to my house. Selena would even call daily to check up on me to see how I was feeling. Great pharmacy to work with personal service at its best. My wife and I have recently recovered from an illness, if it hadn’t been for the nice people at Dorado pharmacy helping us through this whole deal not sure we would have had the outcome that we have experienced. The people at this pharmacy went out of their way to help us by delivering medicine to our home out in the country after hours and checking on us throughout this ordeal We are very grateful to have such a helpful pharmacy to deliver medicine to our home as said before personal service at its best. Most of the people who work at this pharmacy deal directly with my wife and know her by name like a good neighbor would they have genuine concern for our well being. Great place and people to do business with thank you for your help and support.

I love Dorado pharmacy! Not only is it a great location, everyone is always friendly and service is pretty quick. I used to use Graham’s Pharmacy in Midland but after I moved to my new house, it just seemed too far and I don’t really go near it anymore. I hated switching because everyone there is awesome as well but Dorado is about 6 minutes from my job and located conveniently near 191 and Business 20 so getting home is a breeze after!

Hands down, the absolute best pharmacy I have ever used! Every single member of the staff is so friendly and helpful. Every time I call to refill or ask a question, no matter who answers the phone, the service is above and beyond! Highly recommend using Dorado Pharmacy! They are THE BEST!!!

I have been amazed at the wonderful customer service i always get here. Selena is the first customer agent i dealt with and i just love her and her personal service. I appreciate the staff staying on top of what is so very important for my life. If i have to deal with illness at least im greatful for a facility who takes their jobs persinally to literally save my life. I would recommend 1000 stars if possible. I sooooo love Selena, when I had moved my prescriptions from Dorado pharmacy, Selena had called me and asked if everything was OK that she saw I moved pharmacies and if there was anything she could do to bring me back to Dorado??? Well needless to say I came back and Selena has greeted me everytime!! I love her attitude, smile, and she's always so happy when I see her!!!

They are so friendly and efficient! Also they care enough to make sure you don't over pay for your prescriptions

I just want to give a HUGE shout out to Dorado Pharmacy and Angelina (daughter) and Nallely (Mother) this pharmacy and these women go above and beyond to make their customers and guests happy with the service compared to University Pharmacy, Dorado is the diamond to the cubic zirconia (University) in customer service most definitely. The entire staff is very polite and very understanding and will work with you insurance or not and negotiate price for the DORADO DISCOUNT. These ladies and the rest of the staff stayed until 7:10 which is well after close to fill my prescription i cannot thank them enough. On top of that they were very polite and did not mind a bit! Thank you Dorado Pharmacy!

I don’t know how they do it but somehow the pharmacist gets me a good price on RX after my insurance has denied it. The staff ( my fav Marissa) are professional, helpful and friendly. I enjoy the MSM feature getting notice when my RXs are ready. I highly recommend Dorado pharmacy..
