Flavia is experienced and friendly. She assisted me through out the process of opening new account, applying new card, filling tax form, and wire/ transfer issues. Moreover, she speaks multiple languages. I appreciate her assistance and recommend her to other Chinese speaking clients.

This bank is too bad. When I went to the deposit counter, two staff members counted the money and even stole the money. The monitoring and monitoring is blind and invisible. The character is too bad. I am going to cancel this bank.
