I Love BOSS! I have received the best care here! Dr Brown took me in nearly 4 weeks after injury and was still able to repair my hand! Later, I developed some arthritis in my other hand and John Swope was able to give me an injection to that hand. 1 day later I was able to fully use that hand with no pain or limitations! The staff is amazing and I can't thank them enough for all they have done for me!!

Dr. Dystad is amazing. He always gives you options and works with you on what is the best treatment for your situation. Office staff and nurses are all so friendly and helpful. From the time you walk in and are greeted till you make your next appointment, you are treated with utmost respect. Great place!

My mother went and saw Dr. Brown for a cyst-type area on her arm. Dr. Brown and the entire staff were friendly, efficient, and very caring. She doesn’t use the internet, but wanted to be sure that her satisfaction with her care was communicated publicly.

Not sure about all the bad reviews. My personal experience with BOSS was great. Dealt with pain in right heel from fracturing both heels in a fall. After almost 8 years seeing another Dr and getting steroid injections for all those years and not working I finally asked to see another Dr. Going in I was skeptical since they gave me an injection to see what it would do. Gave me relief for a whole 2 days. They sent me in for an MRI and found that my plantar fascia had also been torn resulting in the pain for those years. Got scheduled for surgery on November 3rd 2021. One year later and I can say I haven’t felt better in years. Finally no pain. No unnecessary steroid injections. Can wake up and get out of bed without having to warm up feet for an hour just to get to the shower. PA-C Swope and Dr Dyrdek were awesome and I thank them for finally getting me back to normal. Not sure where I would be had I not been sent to them. Thank you guys for giving me my life back!!!!!

Dr Brown is one of the best if not the best orthopedic and plastic surgeon by the way double board certified how many doctors can say that besides his wife I know she can. He is an awesome doctor and so is she. I was in an industrial accident and he has made my world and life a lot better. Thank you Dr Brown for all you do to help west Texas

Dr. Brown is phenomenal. I have had him treat my wrist and hand pain for the last two years with great success. Thankful to have him as my doctor and appreciate his speed and accuracy with my office visits.

Left ACL reconstructive surgery: Staff was very prompt, informative, and generous in providing answers to all concerns. I'm grateful for this experience having been a pleasant one since pain isn't what anyone wants to purposefully expose themselves too. Thank you BOSS. I recently saw the PA and my visit was excellent. Knowledgeable staff and outstanding attentiveness towards fully informing patient. The VA sent me here and I'm very pleased that they did! Look forward to returning in 4 weeks.

Nothing but friendly and professional staff. Dr. Brown takes time to explain things and answers any questions you may have.
His PACA John Swope also takes time to visit with you. Have never had to wait more than 15 or 20 minutes to be called back to see the doctor

He continued to search and found the root cause of my problems in my hand and arm, while having to work with insurance issues as well. I would highly recommend his team. B.O.S.S was a referral from the VA and Dr. Dyrstad has been treating me for my left and right knee for quit awhile now. Himself and all the other people in the office are amazing and treat me very well, they will bend over backwards to help you out.

Dr. Matthew Brown and Dr. John Swope are fantastic! Highly recommend this place for any hand issues. Staff is knowledgeable and professional.

Dr. Dyrstad has been great to me! I had one surgery on my right knee from previous injury. Then my left leg was broken in an accident. He is the best at what he does and I would highly recommend asking for Dr. Bradley Dyrstad! He always makes sure that I'm as comfortable as possible, answers any questions and is a joy to talk to!
Edited because of the wait time. Be ready to spend no less than 2 hours waiting to get called back, then another hour sitting in the room, only for him to come talk to you for 5 minutes. Don't get me wrong, he is an awesome doctor. But this is starting to get really old. 15 minutes late and they have to reschedule you, yet you have to wait for hours.

Took day off of work to take me wife in, they call me an hour before appointment time and tell me dr won't be in and try to move it another 2 weeks out. Already waited 3 weeks for this appointment. Can't afford all the days off because you can't manage your office. Last phone call and text message was to confirm the appointment. Then the girls snippy IDGAF attitude. Never again.
