McDonald's

I literally come to this McDonald's every day almost, and the service is always on point. If they mess something up, they fix it quickly. I see all these bad reviews and it just doesn't reflect the people that I know. Like Jasmine, and Sarah, as well as all the other people that serve me and know me. They always give what I feel to be 100%. The Thornton's should be proud of the staff they have there.

I've noticed that this location has really stepped it up lately. Food is fast and fresh. Employees are friendly. This is now my go to location.

Ordered via app. Wait was not long, however when the food runner (whom we later found out is named Woody) brought our food out, he rudely informed me I was parked in the wrong spot. I didn't see rhe curbside pickup spots bc they were on the other side of the parking lot. I didn't even notice the sign said "reserved for drive thru". Most Mcdonald's have all the spots together. On another note,they were not busy so thr spots were not needed. I do not appreciate being reprimanded like a child. He needs to work on his tone. But probably not going to happen since their are other reviews that say the workers are rude.
I have no plans to return to this location.

Well it is just McDonald's but when you're low on money and you just needed something to eat when the lines are long at the other places, they are clean very nice and unless someone is holding them up with a big order I've gotten in an out quickly

They said my order is cooking and it takes 2 mint so they have a complimentary apples.. wow. Never had an experience in any fast food. Awesome service.

Blender is really loud and so is the fry station alarm. But an indoor play place and quick service makes up for it.
Sometimes a hawk will fly into the window and scare you.

Best hamburger that I have had in a while from this location.
The sandwich was hot, the bread was fresh, and the meat was tasteful.
I also experienced a very courteous drive thru service.

I got a cold french vanilla latte, added an extra shot of vanilla and it was perfect

Order was not correct when we received it. Elizabeth up front was awesome in resolving the issue. We could tell she genuinely cared and wanted to make it right. 5 stars because of her.

My autistic grandson really wanted the car toy in his happy meal. The woman who waited on us said that they didn't have it but she would look. To our surprise she took the toy out of the display case for him! I wish I had got her name, she just made his day!

The entire team was fast, friendly. Did not hesitate to ask if you needed anything. I have stood at some McDonald’s for well over 10 min and they never even look my or any other customers standing there way. But this location I at first was the only person. The one lady(which by her apparel, I would say was the manager) finished bagging the order she was doing handed, then asked the other lady if she had it and came over and took my order. Their ice cream machine actually works and they don’t mind using it. 😂

This is one of the best local locations, in my opinion. The food always comes out hot and fresh, my order is always right, and the people are friendly. But the best part is the ice cream and frozen drink machines are rarely "down for maintenance", unlike other locations where they are rarely working.

Got breakfast at this one and it was very well prepared, hott, and the service was friendly

Plenty of napkins given in the Drive-Thru which is a plus for me because of my long beard. My order was correct and fresh. The window attendant gave me plenty of condiments for no added charge. Great Quick Service

Great staff today. They were very quick, professional and personable today. Place was clean and well kept which is normally not the case at other McDonald's. I salute the management that implemented the change here.

This is quite possibly the best one I've been to. Clean store, clean bathroom, clean floors. Employees aren't rude. Just a good experience all the way. Fries were perfect. And the burgers were done right.

I drive past two other McDonald’s to go here. They are always nice and always get the order right. The best team and always look like a fun team.

I get Friday's twice a day from every McDonald's in Birmingham in the surrounding counties I just went through the drive-thru here at 5:58 in the morning and I've officially had the best friend day of my life the cashier was the most awesome dude and I really appreciated his professionalism and his expertise at making the perfect frappe
