Had surgery today. Excellent nursing staff on 2nd floor. Mrs Yvonne got me a coffee after surgery. Thank you🙌🙌

Just had my second c section here and the staff was amazing! Specially Donna, RN- Night Shift. Nurses like her are reason why I always recommend this hospital for labor and delivery. Not only were they understanding, helpful, very informative and friendly… she was also very caring and compassionate just like the other nurses as well.

11-13-2023 Cynthia was my mammogram technician today. She was very professional and compassionate and took the time to pray with me about a family matter. Thank you so much Cynthia for blessing me today.

I am So grateful with the Staff The Doctors, from the moment I walk in...to pre register for the Surgery..the Nurse the "Yankee Girl" was Amazing explaining everything...And on my Surgery day...Oh Lord...I couldn't be in a better Place...my Nurse Mert was Wonderful, The Surgeon Dr Terry Unruh, and his whole team, Nurses, Anesthesiologist what a wonderful Blessing...Thank you so Much for Genuinely Caring about the Patient's..God Bless you all ❤

Everything worked great. I showed up at 6 AM for a procedure and by 6:15 they whisked me to the back and by the time they got everything done it was about 8:00 am and they had me in the back working on me so I have no complaints. My nurse is kind of pretty too.😎

My stay at Odessa Regional Medical Center is rated 5 stars. The highest rating possible. My doctors worked diligently to find the cause of my problems. My nurses were attentive, kind, compassionate, understanding, and very friendly. They treated me with respect. I had an emergency situation while I was there and they were quick to call a rapid response team to save me. I’m grateful for their help and count this hospital as the best I have ever seen. My room was always clean. Everyone was nice to me. I have no complaints, only praises!

I’ve recently moved to this area and the care received from this facility has been outstanding. Both my husband and I have been to Odessa Regional a few times for testing and short operation procedures.

First off the bat we are greeted by the most friendly and engaging ladies at the front desk. They immediately put a smile on my face. Then the staff during check-ins are always pleasant and thorough.

The medical staff are always kind and knowledgeable. Going to the hospital isn’t always pleasant but the people you encounter here along the way can make for a better experience.

Nice outpatient surgery staff and great medical team. Made me feel very comfortable before and after surgery.

L&D has gotten so much better. I had a baby here in 2016 and was a little less than impressed with staff. Had one in 2018 and it had gotten a little better. Had another a week ago and everyone and everything was AMAZING. Would have been nice to have a sink and mirror in my room outside the bathroom like the other rooms (room 230) and I wish the hospital beds were more comfy (the foam flattens so fast it feels like you're sleeping on the plastic part of the bed) but other than that I actually had a very pleasant stay! I loved the renovations and the staff. Everyone was so nice ❤

I had surgery, it was supposed to be an outpatient procedure just in & out. BUT I had a small complication, however the nursing staff was able to handle it and get me out the very next day. From what I saw the hospital is extremely sanitary the staff is helpful and caring. Once again the nursing staff is very knowledgeable, quick on their feet. The food was not bad. On top of that the hospital gave me a discount on a quick pay, part of my bill that the insurance did not cover. I truly suggest if you have the money go this route, it's a decent discount. I'm very satisfied and happy with the level of care, I received. I hope this helps you out if you are looking for a hospital. 5 🌟's yes I believe they deserve that.

Our nurse Gabby was absolutely amazing! Her patience and kindness helped my daughter ease her nervousness about getting her procedure done.

Really enjoyed the care I received at ORMC emergency room. From the front desk to the back with nurses station. Everything was great. The registration nurse was from San Angelo, she was very nice and had a great personality. The charge nurse that saw me in the back was busy due to being understaffing, but the level of care was priority. I greatly appreciate how well I was taken care of especially from the ladies that took my cat scan. They were wonderful. So I rated this hospital a 5 due to the attentiveness and wonderful service. My only critique would be to update facilities. Really dated and could seriously be remodeled.

The faculty were super friendly and patient with me. This being my 1st surgery, they helped me get through my anxiety and I am now at home recovering. Nurse Trisha was a sweetheart and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable after surgery. Thank you Dr Lynch and your team for doing an amazing job.

The nurses were very nice & professional. Made me feel very comfortable. 2 problems I had though. My bed was so uncomfortable. I could feel the bar in the middle. Before I could use the toilet I had to clean the seat. It was awful. This was after I waited for them to clean my room before they admitted me.

My OB sent me in at 23 weeks and 5 days to be evaluated for bleeding by the OBED. The nurse Martha I got was absolutely the sweetest thing! She was comforting and reassuring and also as I left she gave me extra papers to help give me better information on what I was dealing with so I wasn’t left to deal with google searching any further question I have! I hope my deliver experience will be great if I receive the sweet care I did last week.

We delivered at Odessa Regional Labor and Delivery this past Saturday to our son. We had such a great experience from our delivery staff to the post staff. Our nurses were everything and made this experience so good for us! And imagine we had a great stay before all the renovations got done so imagine how nice it’s going to be later in 2022 there too! We can’t thank y’all a million times over, how grateful we are too ORMC.

The staff members did an excellent job when it came down to my surgery procedure. They explain everything to me about my surgery, how long the surgery was going to take and that I was in good hands with the anesthesia team. Overall everything went down great and am very happy for the staffs members of Odessa Regional Medical Center.

All the staff members I encountered were exceptionally kind & caring as well as very knowledgeable. The facilities were clean, attractive and well stocked with needed supplies. My concerns were listened to carefully and addressed. I received clear instructions to follow at home and also a referral for follow up care. All in all, very positive experience.
