Yes, there was a wait, and yes, our food came out a little incorrect, but the staff was great. They were doing their best and they were so nice. This staff was nicer than the people who work at Chick-Fil-A. If this group is here, I'll stop by again.

Went through the drive thru. Service was good. Food was great. I had the teriyaki chicken bowl with an egg roll and tea. So good. Nice and fresh! Wish we had a Jack in the box in our town.

This place is one of my favorites and it's burgers are better than McDonald's bigger too lol

Ordered a mocca creamaccino and large diet Dr Pepper. The coffee was good. Had to use the restroom while at O'Reillys they didn't let use use it went next door to office supply store. No again. Jack in the Box let use the restroom no problem. Why do some businesses refuse the use of their restrooms especially when your with your child and they say no? Thank you Jack in the Box for treating us with dignity.

Great place they were pretty busy, and I went Saturday night. The service was great, missed an item in my bag, went back, and Jose was very helpful, as was the rest of the staff. Very professional attitude from everyone, great location!

Always hook it up with 2 free Tacos in bag even though I don't order them always have me going back, with the ultimate cheeseburger with bacon... spot on, hits the spot when you want a good burger.

I got great customer service and a great Jack In The Box experience by an employee named Jaime . I will definitely be going back for more. Great Job 👏

Christmas evening. The line was long, BUT... the employees were quick and friendly. The food was fresh and delicious! My son worked all day at a theater and was hungry when he got off work. They were one of the few places open and we were glad we decided to wait in line for them. I wish all fast food places were as quick and friendly and have fresh, tasty food!!

I stopped here on my way back to Midland around 4 p.m and let me tell ya it was good! Their fries were so crispy and fresh and the burger was really good! I also ordered a strawberry milkshake and it was delicious, I really recommend. Wait time was faster than I thought!! Tables were a bit dirty though and there wasn't enough ketchups, other than that everything was great! Would come back!

The service I had the last time I was there was horrible. The food took over 20 minutes to make 1 burger. I do not remember the exact time but, it was during the night shift. When I did get the food and went home I opened it to discover that the order was wrong messed up. (right burcher wrong toppings,) But why am I leaving five star review? Well two reasons,

One: it was a long time ago. So I suppect that they have a different staff by now.

Two: It will take more then one bad experience to warrant reducing stars. In the past the service was good and there is a good chance that it is good again.
I hope this helps not only the customers but also jack in the box. Don't let my one bad experience detour you from checking the out.

Food has been great every time I go. Service is better now than it was. Order is always right.

We went through the drive-thru, and it was amazing service. The workers were quick and very friendly. The food was also very delicious and fresh. Definitely will be coming back.

I love the lady that took my order. She was nice and patient with me. I ask for fresh fries and I didn't get fresh. So I went back and she made sure I got my fresh fries. I forgot her name but she was African American. (An older lady) she was as sweet pie. It maybe not be deal to many. But it means alot to me. It's been a rocky week for me. But she made my whole week. Thanks to her again. I hope her manager's see's this. I left there about 30 mins ago. Im glad my family and I spent our money with this Jack In The Box.

I love love love JITB...I live out of town, so when I'm in Odessa, I always find my way to it. Every experience is a great one. The service is friendly, the food is always fresh. & I love the tacos😊. Definitely worth the drive.

Even though my order needs to be completely remade and I am upset with this, the previous night I had no money as my debit card and some cash had been stolen. The young man, not sure if he is a mgr or not but Jaime actually gave me his personal free meal as a way to show he cared and by that action I came back the next day to buy ten sandwiches which do need to be corrected...lol but the act of kindness on his part speaks volumes and I wanted to say thank you!!!

Also wanted to add a BIG THANK YOU THANK YOU TO SHERRINE CLAUDETTE FOR CORRECTING THE ORDER TODAY SO WE CAN GO FINISHING OUR STOP with our friends who both love our green rhino organic plant based cleaners and degreasers helping us raise funds for providing much needed hygiene and hope for the homeless as we help those in need find jobs!!! And this trip also adding the sponsorship of school supplies to children who need the best opportunity to row and learn!

Just left. Awesome guy working the drive through. I believe his name tag said Kenn. Might be wrong. Had a long day at work and his positive attitude, cheerfulness and playful disposition had me laughing when he gave my wife her free receipt. Haha

OMG THIS IS BY FAR THE BEST SERVICE AND OMG THE FOOD IS HOT TO THE LAST BITE. I have always loved mcdonalds fish but this beats it by millions of miles . everyone you have to go to this jack in the box in odessa on 42nd street .great friendly fast service with the best attitude i have ever seen .OMG thank yall for the dinner we just ate

I love Jack in the Box! If you want to have one of the best breakfast sandwiches on the planet at an affordable price Jack's got your back!! The rest of the menu is off the chain too!!!

I come through here about once every two weeks and every single time I'm coming through the drive thru, these ladies are polite, and they like to chat. That's good customer service!
