Whenever I call or go in I’m always treated with respect. The employees are always friendly & helpful.

The women at the counter are almost always busy with people lined up. I have always had good customer service but that’s because I understand they are busy and work hard. Just be kind and you will get kindness in return.

I have been assisted by this organization for many years and my experience he as always been very good.

Got in without difficulty. Only one person ahead of me. No crowds.

Edith is always nice and helpful.

Sent check in December in order to be on 2021 income taxes.
ECAD did not deposit and post the payments until late FEBRUARY!!
Now I am getting dozens of solicitations offering to loan me money to pay my “delinquent” taxes.

All I can say is Wow,! A little good morning a simple hello nothing. I came across three employees and not one was polite or had a smile. Not even a thank you! May God bless that whole office and may those employees encounter a smile a hello and a thank you today. Because they sure don't give it!

I call daily to this place due to my job. I always get different people and let me just say they are rude! I’ve only spoken to one lady that has been nice unfortunately I forgot her name, maybe she’s no longer there because the job requires to have an bad attitude and hang up on people! Sadly I spoke to Jennifer today I had to verify some information, she spoke over me was extremely rude and she hanged up on me!

Seems to me like the people at the appraisal district don’t really care if the appraisal is accurate as long as they don’t have to go out and physically appraise the property. I don’t understand why any of these appraisal district employees show up to work if they don’t care in the least about their job.

Poor customer service. When you call with questions, they don't answer the phone or return voicemails. When you send certified letters with those questions, they take several weeks to respond, and then still charge you additional fees/penalties. Pretty much legalized theft.

extremely rude people who work here!!! do not return phone calls and do not respond to emails oh and threaten to have your taxes raised because you refuse to give in to them,

The lady who answers the phone I'm assuming is the receptionist is rude and not helpful at all. She needs to work on her customer service skills that she lacks or find another job🤷‍♀

Super rude over the phone.

Very rude. The lady at the information booth looked so bothered to help.
