Flying J Travel Center

The store floor was clean as well as the restrooms. The shelves were stocked. The staff was polite, friendly, courteous, and professional. This is one of their smaller locations so there is a lot of parking. If you plan on shutting down here do plan ahead to ensure you can get a spot. Kudos to Flying J! 👍

It's always a pleasure watching people provide great customer service, who don't even realize they are. I walked in not expecting anything beyond the norm for that time of the morning & ran into an agent(Breanna). She was amazingly accommodating in such an organic way. I was pleasantly surprised to see that good customer service still exists. Keep up the great work.

This is Hands Down the Most Hospitable Flying J I've Ever Been Too! The Moment I Walked In, I was Treated So Nicely by Harley, The Manager and ALL the Employees that Work There. What a Great Bunch. Right After I Fueled Up, I Went to Start My Truck and Realized My Starter had Burnt Out. I was Stuck in Fuel Isle 25 for Hours. My Company Got Right on Getting Me the Help I Needed. What Could Have Been an Aweful Afternoon Didn't Seem So Bad After All. The Folks that Work There Were So Kind and Compassionate That I Felt Like I was With Family. Thank You ALL From the Bottom of My Heart, Dominick From New York ♥ ✌

TONS of food, some healthy. CAT scale, ATM, lottery, beer, FedEx, UPS, bagged ice, laundry, showers, McDonald's, fresh brewed coffee 24/7, big truck parking lot, driver's lounge w/TV, nice cashiers.

Showers seemed pretty clean and updated not quite as big as pilots showers but the staff was much nicer.

Super easy gas, propane and dumping stop. Easy in at the dedicated RV PUMPS. of course, there were 3 dullies not pulling anything, pinheads.
Anyway, lots of space. No worries

I just want to say thank you and hope the upper upper management knows this is not only a great store but a model staff that should he excersized s such.

From Bainca to those on her shift. They got along, had great communication and were more than immediately helpful. Like this is what the guidelines for shift of the year should be based on and so again, God bless & thank you to the night and am shift of Sunday the 27th, and Monday the 28th of October 2019!

Everything was clean and great. Got a shower and the building newly remodeled. Everything good except that the French Vanilla creamer dispenser had been replaced by a squirt syrup bottle. That sucked but we just went on over the hill to the next truck stop to get coffee as we are hooked on the real creamer.

This store has a convenient self checkout option that makes waiting in line almost nonexistent. The store is very busy but the staff are well informed and get you in and out quickly. There's a hot food bar with freshly cooked food. Recommended

Just recently I ordered breakfast. It took a little longer than the usual fast service, but, those ladies there are super nice. One of them gave me a little more on the breakfast for the long wait. I really appreciate that. I’m going back for more. Thankyou!! Even the fuel desk people are very courteous and respectful. I like!!!!!!

Restrooms have been clean and very quick service. Brazilian iced coffee is delish

Clean and friendly place, and unlike the other truck stops in this area, there is parking that is not taken all up by the local drivers. Beats the Love's a few miles away, better layed out, and far cleaner inside & out! I'm coming here from now on.

This Travel Center is cleaner than most it is at a convenient place to get off of the Interstate and back on. I like the broad selection of snacks and drinks and if you want more pick up some pizza and wings or something else on there hot buffet.

I can't leave this particular stop until I comment, so I'm insisting that I make time today. This is due, to one of your employees that just caused me to marvel. I'm still trying to figure out if she's from this planet. Let me try & explain. I got in last night very tired, not feeling the friendliest. I was standing in this long line, which wasn't helping. I was thinking why doesn't the mgmt get someone to help this lady(BIANCA). MGMT PLEASE FORGIVE MY IGNORANCE. The answer is she didn't need any help. BIANCA started working two registers like she was directing a symphony, a typist typing 200 words a minute or Magic Johnson facing Larry Bird in the finals ( you know that was back in the day). I'm only trying to say she was amazing to watch & her attitude was not like most, but she handled that evening like a true champion. I am most happy to applaud your selection in her because she is a leader & takes pride in her performance. I never voiced my initial opinion, but I feel as though I still owe you an apology for even thinking such a thing when BIANCA is behind the register. Keep up the great work.

Cleanest bathrooms I've ever seen in a Pilot. A Hundred miles to the West in Pecos you'll find the dirtiest. Staff here is friendly too.

It was a good place to stop since it was late the location on 42nd by home depot was packed, couldn't even get in the parking lot. I was in and out in 10 minutes

Friendly employees, typically very clean and fast service. The McDonalds sucks though. If you go there be sure to check your order.

Great service, only smailofaces, great food and descent prices.
Sure I'll be back.

Good truck stop, pretty busy, food is always hot and fresh around lunch and dinner, always have coffee made, McDonald's inside, and showers.
