I love that they have variety of party decorations from balloons to banners. Its also a good place to get disposable cutlery for kids and adult parties. Their items are affordable.

Hector and Ty were very helpful and professional! I was not allowed to purchase display at the Midland - Party City—however, Hector and Ty were kind enough to sell us the last and final display. How awesome are they!!!??? Thank y’all kind folks! Ask for Hector or Ty if y’all ever have questions or need assistance @ Odessa Party City!

Good products /good customer service had to make a quick stop for balloons definitely good quality

Great customer service Heaven and Brenda stayed late just so we can make several trips to get all of are balloons to our event. Made us feel so welcome!!!!! These lady’s are so sweet and funny. Only place I would ever come back to get balloons for future events.

We had threw a graduation party for my sister and decided to go to party city for the decor and kaitlyn helped us so much! she knew exactly what we needed, everyone ended up loving the decorations we got, service was superb.

They had every thing I came in for, NYE wise. My plans got canceled they even gave me my money back. Hella helpful.

Well I am having my little girls first birthday and I loved that they had all the Minnie Mouse stuff to make her 1st birthday amazing.
