Carpet Tech was professionally responsive from the get go. There was no delay in time of service from quote to finish. Communication was amazing. Best of all they performed the work of air duct cleaning professionally and efficiently. The unexpected cherry on top is that my unit is now performing efficiently as it should be saving me money in the long haul!! Will definitely be using them in the future.

I have used Carpet Tech in the past and have always received excellent service, I decided to give them a call to service our new property and they still check all the boxes. I was able to schedule an appt online, which is super convenient and they were able to get to me the very next day. Technicians were very courteous and respectful of my house and belongings.

Carpet Tech was prompt and efficient when I called them. I had slime on my carpet and it was hidden from view so it was dried and probably been there a long time. They thought they would have to cut out the piece of carpet and replace it, but when the technician arrived he was able to cut the slime out and I couldn't even find where he had done it. I was so happy with their work and their professionalism. I would definitely recommend them!

Wow what a fast and friendly experience. I sent a quote request late Sunday evening and by noon on Monday my carpet was spotless. This was my first experience for professional steam cleaning and I will never clean my own carpet again. Thanks carpet tech!!!

The most professional service company I have experienced in the last 30+ years from the phone call to make an appointment to the gentlemen walking out the door after completing the carpet cleaning. This business is respectful, efficient, organized, do what they say they can do and do not leave a mess. I'm thrilled with my carpet cleaning service. I live in a townhouse and my neighbor had a leak. There is only a fire wall separating the two dwelling places so her water came to see me. It flooded my garage, laundry room and kitchen. I got the water up and thought the problem was over. I soon found out there was water in between the walls. I called Carpet Tech, and they started getting my walls dried out. It took several day of drying but each day someone came out to check on the progress. Out of ignorance's (not knowing), my walls were saturated with water. Carpet Tech representatives were the most professional, polite, and knowledgeable crew around. So, if your are ever in a situation and need help with flooding, call them and you can thank me later.

Isaac from carpet tech came out promptly after I made a free consultation appointment the day before . I had two carpeted rooms cleaned for a very fair price. Isaac and his team did a wonderful job caring for my place, Also being mindful of my two dogs and having great people skills completing the job without hiccup. I recommend this service 10/10 .

Not to mention, it was his co-worker Luis’ FIRST DAY on the job and he blew it out the park! He’s an amazing asset to this company! They scheduled us in at last minute due to an emergency and stayed until 9pm to complete the job! Our carpets look better than brand new and smell AMAZING! Carpet Tech team, give these guys a raise!
