Big Lots

Really enjoyed my shopping experience. But the young lady at the register really made my visit there great. Even though she had a long line of people. Not once did she have an attitude or show frustration. She treated each customer with the utmost respect. Great job young lady. Wish I could remember your name.

Great place to buy stuff for half of the price you will pay at Walmart or target I buy alot of stuff here.

I shopped the holiday clearance yesterday for several hours and filled up 2 shopping carts. The entire staff was very kind and helpful for the 2 hour+ visit. Several employees re stocking clearance helped me find products including the very last Christmas tree. The cashiers price checked item after item without making me feel like a burden. After my $340+ purchase (2 carts completely full) , an employee even helped push the second cart out to my vehicle (I was shopping alone). The manager showed up shortly after and returned both shopping carts for me when he absolutely didn’t have to. He was also present the entire visit and his interactions with the staff were all great.
I interacted with at least 10 team members and every last one was extremely helpful even though they were all very busy restocking mountains of clearance. I will definitely be going back and recommending the Odessa store on Andrews highway to other people.

Walked in looking for a fireplace tv stand there was an employee named Hope she was very helpful, kind and patient! Thank you so much Hope! 😊

I love love this store. So much variety. Love the outdoor furniture. The staff is super helpful and friendly.

There are lots of items in this store, always stocked, and clean. The staff is helpful and always nice. This is one of the few discount stores that I've been too where the staff seem to like their job.

Awesome customer service! Shawn in the furniture department exceeded all my expectations in shopping for a recliner. Friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Wish I could find this level of customer service everywhere!

I've purchased alot of items from there and the prices are reasonable. Alot of different snacks. Store is always orderly and clean. Friendly and helpful cashiers.

I orderered online and picked up here. The pick up process was smooth. Only 1/5 item got canceled. Cashiers were helpful.

Customer service 1 star * manager Ben in furniture is rude and makes you feel like your a disturbance. Would never want to purchase furniture from him.

Rundown but still a great store. You can always find something to buy there and the wait in line is never long and when it is they call for help immediately. Sometimes the shelves seem empty but i guess that is to be expected with living in odessa.

Love this store, but at this particular visit I couldn't find a thing I was looking for.

Devin is the man! Can’t believe I had such great customer service at a big lots! He works in the furniture department and helped me pick an awesome recliner!

Glad we have one of these. It's not too far away from me. It's the biggest dollar store I am willing to shop in frequently.
