Ordered 2 chairs for office but only had one in stock at the Odessa store. Manuel went to Midland during his lunch break, picked up the chair, and delivered it to our office. That’s what I call customer service!! Thank you Manuel!!

Store was pretty well stocked. I found the item I was looking for but the variety in color was very limited. Also, the price online was less than what I was charged at the register.

There were four people ahead of me, and only one person working counter in duplication area. She completed all customer’s request within ten minutes and then made my copies in a matter of seconds. I went to check out and was out the door in less than 15 minutes. A remarkable improvement from my last visit a year ago.

The print shop at Office Depot in Odessa has ALWAYS provided me with fast and courteous service. I love having the ability to send projects to them online and pick them up at the self-service area. I never have to wait in line and my order is always exactly how I want it!

Sales associate, Johnny Cruz went above and beyond to help me with my online purchase. He was very helpful and knowledgeable.

I ordered the wrong toner today online, picked it up in store drove off, lost the receipt, went back and took up a lot of the sales rep's time retrieving the receipt and exchanging the item while my children went from being respectable teenage girls to crazy 3 year olds. I must have tried management's patience in every way, yet they remained courteous and professional as they got th er or job done and my blunder corrected. I really appreciate them and recommend a raise.

Actually, I have received great service from each of the departments. Customer Service is not always easy - believe me.....I work in it every day and sometimes....there are customers that you can't make happy - even if you stand on one leg and hop around the room.

Joseph the computer sales and technical associate is an exemplary and model employee for any business. He was competent in all aspects of his job, as he sold me a laptop for my company and as he set it up to fit our needs. Later after returning to the office with the computer, we noticed an issue that had not been discussed with Joseph about our setup, and when I called the store to speak with him, he was enthusiastic and eager to help solve the problem. In fact he went out of his way to look up and deliver a solution. He went as far as to check back to ensure we were satisfied. Management material for any company.

Jay was super helpful,I’ve never been greeted while entering a store before today that was super nice she helped me find everything I needed in literally minutes I regularly shop here without any offered help but for some reason I want to come in more!From a business owner I loved her!
