Any Seasons Travel

This is the 2nd time in the last year me and my family have used Any Seasons, Cal helped us with our last trip to France and now a Caribbean trip next month. He is full of helpful information when we were deciding where to go and what would best meet our needs as a family.

We have used Any Seasons Travel many times. I like that Susanne has been to many places and give her take on places she's already been. She also knows us well enough to know what we like and want. We've never been disappointed Can't wait for our trip later this summer and Alaska 2020.

Susanne was so wonderful! She is the best! We will be using Any Seasons Travel again very soon!

If you pay up front for your trip, then you might have success.
We have been a few times and discussed detailed plans and requests for trips and never, not in any method, were contacted after our meeting from the agent. Every time we met with her, she said she would email us or call us with the booking details.
We won’t be returning for this travel agency service.

Update:
After I received the reply from the business, my husband got an email. We checked spam on both our emails and we never received any emails before today. Nor did we ever receive phone calls. We can get spam calls and emails all day long but funny that Any Seasons Travel contact methods never go through with us or all the other reviews people have left.

I went into the office alone and left my phone number and email and still no contact. I’d like to see your emailed attempt receipts/failures - if they exist, kindly forward them to MY email, that is, if you really did write it down.

If you’re a potential customer reading this, do yourself a favor and read the other reviews too and then take your money elsewhere. As a customer, we should be contacted by you, the business and seller, if you’re truly interested in making a sell. The customer should not have to constantly hound you for your business.

So my mother booked a trip with this agency and this has truly been a horrifying . Not only did Suseanne book an extra room that we had to pay for and forget our park hopper tickets from Disney but she flew us on flights that were so inconvenient to put so much stress on me and my family. There was no reason why she wouldn’t have booked a direct flight from Sacramento to Santa Anna. Instead they booked multiple layovers for us making a one hour flight into a five hour experience with a 3 year old. She booked our Disney tickets under the wrong name so we end up having to buy an extra ticket just to accommodate our party. We could of understood all of this had this been a cheaper flight but it was actually cheaper when we look to fly direct and what she had booked us. We will absolutely never again he $7000 for not even a mediocre experience. We were not able to get to both parks for the reservations we had made like we had been expecting to an end up having to pay for a reservation so we couldn’t even get to. By far one of the worst experiences for traveling I have ever been and I urge you to reconsider using this company in the future.

I purchased a plane ticket to Africa with this company. When I arrived at the airport, I was not issued a plane ticket because the agent spelled my name incorrectly. She said that she would exchange the ticket for a ticket with the correct spelling, but I would need to pay $300 (half of the difference for the tickets). I told her that I think the company should pay the $300 for spelling my name incorrectly. I asked her to change the tickets, and we can deal with it when I get home. However, she charged the difference (totaling $443.60) to my credit card without my permission. I personally think a company should take responsibility for their own mistakes. The agent should have checked the spelling of my name on my passport before issuing the ticket originally.

I would never recommend anyone to use this agency we haven't even gone on our trip and it has already gone south save yourself from a headache and book though another agency or do yourself this isn't the 1st time we've had issues with them figured we've give it a chance nope should of done it elsewhere...Susanne is who we used go elsewhere hope your next travel will be way better than through here...

Worst experience ever. Walk in and see at least 3 "agents" one guy is actually with a live person other 2 on phone. Never acknowledged me until I got up to walk out. Will make sure to tell all my friends NEVER darken the doorstep to this business.

Person I spoke with was very professional, was told that he would call me back with the details. And I never heard back from him again very disappointed.
