Sorry I have to rate this mess a one star it's not that good leave stuff they know people are wanting in a sealed trailer for days and no way for anyone to come to them and pick it up a really screwed up business and I don't want anything else shipped by these crazies

MERCHANTS, PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!
Do not use them to haul products to your customers.
In Midland, Texas they were used to deliver 5 pallet sized pieces of merchandise from IronMan 4x4 and it took them over a week to deliver after it had been received in my town. They would drop them off on my lawn, another one on my driveway where anyone could just pass by and tale it, and without at least a knock on the door.
I called customer service and the lady on the other line was incredibly rude, I would explain to her that my shipment shows out for delivery for the past 6 days and her answer was "so whats the problem, it will get there when it gets there"
I wish IronMan and all R&L customers could see how rude and unprofessional these people are and stop using them.

Stay away from this company at all costs they lost my package searched for it for a month and when they would see my # on caller ID they would ignore my call i had to call various times from an unknown and they would then answer immediately! then after deeming my package lost and filing a claim i have to wait 140 just for a refund!! horrible service STAY AWAY

Had a package to be delivered,they text me and said package going to be delivered the next day they will give me a call 30 minutes prior,i take off that day,they call me on the date the package is supposed to be delivered and change the date to the next day again😣
