I recommend Alturas Penbrook, I loved living here the past two years. The property manager, Melany Reyes, is great she always took care of me and got back to me fast. Also I never had trouble getting any maintenance done thanks to Santiago Zarazua.

I visit my friends apartments several times , I'm surprised with all the good changes the new company has made . The manager Melany its really nice and easy to talk too . I like the treatment from the office and the renovations

I lived at penbrook 2 years ago.I like it there,very convenient for me.But most of all I love Melany Reyes,best property manager I've ever meet.Very friendly and helpful.I hope I'll be able to move back in again.
