Ector County Attorney’s Office

I don’t know who hired the receptionist at the district attorney’s office but she’s ridiculously rude and makes answering a few questions about information seem like a bother to her. I’ve had a case with the sheriffs department for over 6 yrs and the detective has been amazing but there’s a lot of steps they have to take for a case like mine before the district attorney will pick it up. Finally my prayers were answered and I decide to call to see what the status was and what is the next step… all to get a rude non caring individual that dismissed me and my questions. These are victims lives that obviously she had no need to even try and help with information for. Couldn’t speak to anyone else because she can’t find it so basically quit calling is what I got out of it. Odessa D.A please do better and train your employees to at least act like they care and want to help.
