After chewing through 3 washing machines in less than 7 years, we're now part of the Speed Queen Club with a 7 year warranty and hopefully longer lifespan. We purchased our Electrolux washer and dryer set there in early 2019 for what we believed were a great price with the extended warranty offered. We have only had to have them come out 3 times to work on them. It might take a little while to secure an appointment, but each of the service reps that came out were very polite, proficient, respectful of our time, and took care of the problem during that visit unless a part needed to be ordered. We have not had to pay any repairs out-of-pocket so far. The warranties have pretty much paid for themselves and we still have time left on them.

The gentleman that helped me was fantastic. The fellow in the office seemed annoyed that he had customers to tend to while I was being helped by the nice gentleman. The selection and in-stock inventory was great. I'd definitely shop here again (and wait for the nice gentleman to assist me).

Love this store. Been in multiple times over the years. It's old school simple stuff- no muss, no fuss, great customer service. Prices are great too, I've comparison shopped prices online and they almost always beat them and have the parts in stock.

I wouldn’t even think of shopping anywhere else in ODESZA Midland for appliances for company, housing or personal housing than direct appliance sales. Ralph and his team over here are the best down to earth real people.

Friendly, down to earth people, who always have the parts we need in stock. Love that it is an independent, locally owned business; and they carry nothing but quality materials and appliances. Plus, they have a wall of snarky, hilarious signs that give this place a unique and quirky feel.

A company I used to work for used this place exclusively. The first time I picked up an order it was easy to see why. The staff were knowledgeable, helpful, and professional, from invoicing to loading. I strongly urge people interested in purchasing large appliances to give this place your consideration before going to big box stores. You wont be disappointed.

If you need appliances I would recommend coming here. These folks not only sell appliances but if the appliance you bought gives trouble they will fix it also. If you go to the big box stores and buy appliances, good luck finding someone to fix them if they cause troubles.

Friendly service and they made us a good deal on a frige and a stackable waser and dryer. I would recommend them to any one looking for good quality appliances new or used.

It was great....was able to afford a very nice refrigerator.... service was excellent, delivery was same day and free removal.
