I love JCPenney but when I would go, the cashiers weren't very friendly. They just always looked like they were having a bad day. When you are in a profession like that, you should always have a smile and always greet your customers as they come toward you. I hadn't been there in awhile. I decide to go back last Saturday. I met this woman who gave me a change of heart. Her name was Serenity. She just had such a beautiful smile that said welcome. Her kindness was awesome. If everyone had her beautiful spirit, what a beautiful place it would be. Thank you Serenity for your smile and kindness. You make this world a better place. May God bless you in many ways!

Catlin at the salon cut my boys hair and she did Fantastic!!!!! Even wiped there snotty little nose whith a kleenex and help keep as much cut hair as you can off a toddler. She also cut my mother's hair and did exactly what she wanted and she felt and looked beautiful. I recommend her as a stylist.

As far as facility that day there card machines were down throughout the store and it was hot in the shopping part of the store. But we did find some good deals!

Lots of clothes to choose from! We were looking for a particular color in women's or junior's casual wear. My daughter found something she liked but in a much larger size, and the employee looked until she found another similar garment in my daughter's size. Then when my daughter wanted to keep looking in other stores, another employee held the garment for us until we were done looking in other stores. Fabulous employees!

I had a blast!...just went to each Department that was on my to do list! Plus I had gotten a gift card from Ya'll...that I hadn't used & 1 as a Christmas gift last year....it took off a chunk....Best Fun I have had in a long time!!....plus w Black Friday Pricess.....

Was helped by Serenity… a very intellectual, and genuine young lady who was patient enough with me to thoroughly help me to use my card and coupons for the first time. She definitely brightened my day with her attitude.

I had asked someone to help me find the boots I wanted in my size. I had one of their workers tell me it's all on the floor. Well I was shopping for socks, and a super nice lady offered to look in the overstock in the back of the store. She wasn't back there 5 minutes and brought me the boots that I was trying to find! Thank you so much for going the extra mile, I'm ashamed to have not gotten her name. I was so frustrated, and this young lady made my day!❤❤❤❤❤❤😊😊😊😊😊

Got some great bargains on clothes and jewelry! Pretty items. Neat!! Also, Gabriel was so nice and helped me with an online return and item pick up. He was awesome!!

JCPenney has always been one of my favorite stores since I was a lil girl! They always have nice clothes, shoes & have discounts! Also have great customer service! I hope they don't close like other stores did 🙁 damn Corona!!

There is no where else that I Know of that sells, "In Style", clothing at such an affordable price and the sales that they have on Jean's pretty much all the time is incredible I mean I can buy a years worth of up to date styles of pants and never break the $120.00 mark which in the economy is quite the God send if I may be so bold.. Good Job Guys and Gals!!!

J.C. Penny is always a great place to shop or walk around. The prices are always reasonable and have great selection of clothing or other items for your home and as always, customer service is very good.
