When we sold our house, we went with Tom Sorrells Realtors. Our agent was Vicki Vickers. She did a fabulous job for us. Whenever we had questions, we’d call her and if we had to leave her a message to call us , she was very prompt in returning our call. So very thankful for the job Vicki did for us.

Lila Evans sorry you felt that repairs were not taken care of but receipts were sent to your agent. This repair was fixed and after closing it came apart again. When I was notified of this I immediately called Rainbow Plumbing and they came out that day and fixed the issue. You thanked us for taking care of it so quick. That was the only repair that I was made aware of that was a problem. Everything on the list that you requested was fixed.

Tom Sorrells Realtors is amazing!!! Especially Vickie Vickers!!! So knowledgeable and a heart of gold!!! She goes out of her way to do what she’s says she will and is available 24/7!!! I won’t do business with anyone else!!!

I've known Tom for years and he has always been there to help with real estate transactions. Good people.

Bought a home using another realtor but the home was listed with Tom Sorrells Realtor with Vickie Vickers as the contact. I love the home but had requested a few things be fixed. The major ones that had to be done for the loan to go through were done. Some plumbing issues were suppose to be fixed but a receipt was never sent and after moving in I can see where none of them were done.

I do not recommend buying any home from Vickie Vickers. From telling us we had a deal one night and then told the next morning sorry, we have another showing today and they decided to bid so no deal.... to buying the home and not being told about the huge hole two dogs had dug around the house on the foundation the last days of closing and the sellers (WHO ARE RELATED TO THE REALTOR) not taking care of it as a courtesy since it was their dogs who did it AFTER INSPECTION!!!! She banks on first time home owners not catching things like this and we certainly didn't expect a huge hole created after the inspection otherwise we would have asked them to take care of it. But they're family and all so all this realtor told mine was she said was sorry, banking on the fact that we should have done a thorough check around the house again and now we're locked in. We're calling an inspector and if there's foundation damage to the foundation, you can bet we'll be seeing about our options. DON'T BUY FROM HER. What a nightmare.
