The clerk at the front was so friendly and helpful. She even helped me seal my package. I'd return to this location.

I needed to ship a package internationally. The lady working today was very kind and helpful.

Very slow & unfriendly service. This place is horrible.

I use to receive my mail at an excellent delivery rate; but, the delivery is terrible now. Who ever heard of mail being delivered at night time. You go up on postage & the service is worse. I don’t think you deserve even one star.

5 Star to 1 star. Update. 11/12/20 it appears they have to close for A LUNCH BREAK!!. Whenever they feel like it! This is sad, so many people trying to mail packages... just a sign on the inside door "Out to lunch "!! No time frame!! Seriously!

Lunch break at 1:16pm. You can hear them in the back laughing and playing around. Worst post office I have ever been to. Someone please fire these people and get someone in there that wants to do their job. I understand everyone gets a lunch break but there seems to be no set time and this is not the 1st time this has happened at this location at different times. And you know it’s not like they put a sign on the locked door that says out to lunch be back at such time. No they leave everything wide open including the post master area with a sign that just says gone to lunch. Lol. I don’t expect much from Alabama but this is just to much for me.

Rude and lazy employees. If you go here between 10am-3pm guaranteed no one will be here as they will be “out for lunch”. Actual worst post office I’ve ever used with no sign of improvement over the last five years.

Lunch break for two hours. I have watched so many cars come and go while I’ve sat here and waited for this place to open all while it is listed as open online. There is seriously just a piece of paper with scribble on it that the person is gone to lunch and will be back at 2:15. I saw that sign at 12:30. How is this possible?

I honestly should not have even given one star. I have lived in Bluff Park over 12 years and try to make it a point to never come here. The sweetest little community with the WORST post office ever. If you are going to work in a job where you communicate with people, either do it in a polite way or get another job. Be rude to me...that’s bad enough; however, to be rude to my 6 year old - is pretty pathetic. Oh well, guess it’s a good early life lesson to my kids that people who work at this post office always have been and always will be RUDE!!!!!!!!!!!!

This place opens at a different time every day. I’m sitting out front right now says they open at 8:30 it’s 8:42 and still no lights on inside .

Not worthy of even a single star. Postal delivery persons vary and are inconsistent in delivering or picking up mail. We had outgoing mail in our exterior box with the flag up for 3 days this week and postal person never took it and today actually just lowered the flag without taking the mail but placed incoming mail in the lower portion of the box... We also often receive other people's mail who aren't even in the same area.

What is the point of this place? It is NEVER open, no matter when you stop by. How much money is being wasted on rent in this location? Just shut it down already. It's infuriating to see the hours on the door and yet never have anyone there. Unreal.

Went in today to drop off a pre-paid package and the lady told me she could not ship it because my label had a date (July 23, the day the item that was purchased), and said it was too late and that I was going to have to print out another label that's more recent. I told her that was the date the item was purchased and that I've never had a problem shipping my packages 6 days later.

I don't have the convenience of a printer at home so I wasn't able to print the label until the 25th while at school, and have not been able to get to the post office until today (29th), and now she tells me I won't be able to ship my package AND I have to print another label???

I had to waste more gas and drive to another location to drop off my package. Do not go to this post office, this lady will profile you and be rude and uphelful if she doesn't like something about you.

For the record, I took my package straight to The Hoover Mail Center by the Sunoco gas station on 31 and they had no problem with my package!
