Kaleidoscope Custom Vapor Lounge

I have been solely going to Kaleidoscope from the first time i ventured in. The staff were very helpful and courteous. They recommend the right nic level for me at the time, and helped get me set up with the right mod and tank. They aren't pushy with their sales either like some other places I've been. They carry a good variety of premium juices but I'd definitely recommend trying their house juices. Their prices are very reasonable in comparison to other places I've been.

Absolutely love this place, its where I go for all my vape needs be it a replacement coil or just to try out a new juice.

I always interact with one particular staff member who goes by mclovin and I swear that alone makes the trip worth it, not to mention he patience with someone that was new to the vaping scene as well as his knowledge about the subject. I highly recommend

This is my favorite local vape shop. I live in Auburn and I still make trips to Florence just to shop here. They have a delicious variety of house juices and amazing customer service.

Great vape store.. they mix there own juice. Unicorn milk is the best.. not a very big selection on mods. But can fix ya up with about anything ya need..

Even though the ‘Lounge’ feel has been removed (a change that was enforced, not decided; or so I understand) this place is STILL the best place to get some of the ‘Made By The Shop’ Vape Juice in Florence, if not the entire Quad-Cities! Once I discovered Kaleidoscope Vape, it became my one and only supply for vaporizer coils and vape juice. Happy to have been a customer at least 2 years now!

I have been vaping for almost 7 years! I have always gone to Nu Way for everything. But the past couple of months Nu Way hasn't had the coils I needed and one of the women that worked there didnt know what she was doing! So I went here and a guy I've known for years works there and he helped me out tremendously! Shawn is awesome! He has so much knowledge of everything you would need to know to work at a vape shop! He is insanely educated and loves what he does! I now go here bc I will be taken care of! I dont know much about vaping but I know what I like and he always knows what I need! I just recently had to get a new coil and salt nic juice for my new vape I got and went to Nu Way and she messed it all up! I had to go to Kaleidoscope and get Shawn to fix it! I will only go here from here on out!!!!!!!!

This is how a business should be run! I never feel like I'm going there just to buy juice, coils or a new mod. I feel like I'm to visit friends and hang out. There is NO equal in the Shoals for customer service than Kaleidoscope!

To the person below me, this is a vape shop. not flower assortment shop. Also this vape shop is amazing, they're friendly and are very well knowledgeable in vaping and answer all my questions to a satisfactory manner. I'd recommend this place to anyone.
