I came here to just say, if you're reading these reviews look at when the 1-3 star reviews where done. Pretty much during all the COVID insanity and when everyone taxes were late because the way things were at the time. If you notice the 4-5 star reviews, those people's reviews have been using Parkway for several years. Take that into account before deciding on not using these ladies. That being said.... My husband and I have used Parkway taxes for almost 10 years now and we have always been satisfied with the ladies that work there. We bring our children, and the ladies love to see how much they grow each year. It's become a little tradition of ours. Would never us a large company (i.e H&R, Turbo ect.) again. This little place tucked away in Florence is the best! Highly recommend. The service is wonderful, they answer our questions and make things easy to understand. The job is done efficiently and timely.

I have been using Parkway Tax Service for many years. Very friendly ladies as well as knowledgeable in their field of work. Taxes have always been filed in a timely manner with no issues. I have recommended to family and friends who now use them as well. Give them a try, I think you'll be satisfied. Thanks ladies!!

Been going here for years. Down home country lady’s that love to take care of you. You can make an appointment or drop off your paperwork. Either way you will be done right!

In response to the above or below comments from Nikki Jones and Jannique Jones who are both the same person~~ This lady didn’t tell me that she had moved or changed her bank until after she didn’t get her refund. I have never and would not ever use my own bank info for any bodies return. We go above and beyond to help our clients as to the best of our ability per the info that the clients give us. If you move or change banks please let us know up front. We always ask if your info is the same as last year. God Bless and we appreciate your business,

All the ladies at Parkway Tax are very friendly and very knowledgeable. They were extremely patient with me and did their best to help me understand what all they were doing. They ask me questions that I didn’t know would help with my refund. They are very professional and their prices are great!!

Friendly service. I have been using their services for several years now. They are more than happy to help and answer any questions. I travel the country working and call them regularly with questions and they answer every time. I would definitely recommend their services if you want your finances handled correctly!
