Haven't visited work across the street getting tired of getting this over and over when I have dismissed it several times.

I was supposed to have a package delivered. It wasn't.
Then I was asked if I could pick up my package in St George, so I did.
I was told the address wasn't correct.
Then I was sent an email saying "The package" was left at my front door with a picture from the inside of the truck that didn't show my package or my door.
After calling to confirm, FedEx said to call the sender.
So if they couldn't find my address how did they get a picture?
And if they dropped it at my front door why did I have to pick it up?
I think FedEx is a very deceptive place. I will never have anything shipped by them without a signature.

Very very disorganized. 1 lady in office is helpful. But poor poor communications from staff to staff. NEVER have I gotten something on time or within the 4hour window they said it would arrive! I’ve taken off work 2 times now to be here and they no showed without any communication or warning! COMMUNICATION is huge now days in life!!!! Won’t allow to pick up unless whoever shipped your product emails them… what a mess! Not to mention never strap goods and look like there destroyed everytime.

DO NOT USE FED EX FOR FREIGHT!!! Absolute trash experience from minute one. Scheduled a shipment online, and didn't realize you also have to schedule a pickup for that shipment separately. Pallets were finally scheduled for delivery on a Monday. They were at the semi-local service center the Saturday before and weren't delivered until Tuesday. Then only one of the two pallets was delivered. I had to call them three times to ask when the delivery was going to be there. I could have used a covered wagon and gotten them there faster.

I was traveling south bound on I-15 on the 18th of April approx 4:45pm near Kolob Canyon exit when a triple trailer changed into my lane with my car in the middle of his trailers so I barely had time to get off the road and break. He continued to travel along with no remorse after myself and the car behind me both told him to pull over. My father then called to complain and was spoken to condescending, I took the phone and told the associate it was not acceptable to speak that way to him. I gave the associate the date, time and truck number of the incident and told him I expected a call back from "his supervisor" within the hour, it is now the 23rd with no response. Good job Fed Ex to have no remorse of the behavior of your employees both drivers and customer service.

FedEx in general has gone down hill. I’ve had several shipments where they tell me that I need to be home to sign for the package, and then I get a message that my package had been delayed. Who is going to pay me for taking time off to wait for a package that never shows up when promised. Short sell their stock and you can make lots of money.

Ship your packages with UPS!!!!
