Arby's

The service was awesome! The lady that took care of us was super sweet and actually stopped at other tables to make sure everyone was happy with their order! The food was fresh and delicious. One of my favorite places to eat!

So we went in tonight and sadly the service was not like our usual experience. The young lady at the register seemed to be on the phone with her back turned. We were deciding what to order and she finally turned around. We placed our orders, got our cups for drinks and there was no ice. So she got us some ice....but there were hardly any lids, no straws, and no napkins. The young man who came to fill the ice machine asked who was supposed to be tending to this and not sure what was said. We did get napkins and straws with our order but I have not had this happen at this location. I will go back and hopefully this will have been a one time thing. On the plus side our order was correct and the food was good and fresh. I know you can do better Arby's!!

Workers are always doing their best to get your order out in a timely manner even if they're packed. Great food as well!!

Omg my son and I tried the goodburger 2 meal it was so good strawberry shake (the best) burger and fries we went at lunch time and Mac and chz balls are delicious

Food and service has always been great everything I've been there.

Ordered the new Brisket sandwich today and it was phenomenal. Seriously one of the best sandwiches of my life. Did not expect that from an Arby's. We got it via Doordash and the food was mostly right and was really good except for expectable: slightly cold fries, one fry was the wrong kind (crinkle vs curly) etc.
But the food itself was so good. I will get that Brisket again for sure!
We avoid the Arby's on Flo Blvd because the people there are always kinda jerks to us. Go to the Cox Creek location. They're nicer usually.

I had the best experience here! The food was hot and fresh. We also had a front counter person who gave us amazing service.

Wonderful service, the cashier and the Man were super nice. Food was really good. Although, I was saddened to have missed the hamburger. When something works, you need to keep it, I heard it was delicious. Please bring it back SOON!!! Blessings on this business continually 🙏🏿🙏🏿

Destiny was working the drive thru, she was so pleasant & polite! The management of this location is doing an amazing job! I received my order in a very timely manner, the food was hot & delicious! WTG ARBYS on Florence Blvd!!

Love Arby's, great selection of sandwiches and of course the Reuben is terrific!!

The manager that was there today when we were there on 05/14/21 she was absolutely amazing. She had the upmost customer service and there was an African American young man working with her that was absolutely amazing as well. Best service I have ever received at an Arby's.

Best Arby's I've been to. Friendly staff, fresh food, clean dining room and bathroom.

I love Arby's it's my favorite fast food for lunch there menu you always makes me hungry I always go there for the Horsey Sauce on my fries

They was fast and friendly, much needed after the horrible day I had! I was so very grateful for it!

Love Arby's they have unique food and everything is always good I usually go to the drive-through because it's easy the line is not long is it your food quickly even if the line is long you're not even line is very long it doesn't take long to get through the line at all so don't get out of line!!! Of course the Beef & cheddar
is really good.the Ruebens are fantastic.and the chicken salad sandwich is. really really good.!!!

This is my favorite Arby's in the Shoals. Great crew working, food is tasty 😋 👌

Roast beef? Not for me at Arby's, though I do like their roast beef... I only get Traditional Greek Gyro with curly fries. Tasty tziki sauce on the Gyro. But the roast lamb is tremendous.
The drink selection is good with both Coke zero and diet Dr pepper.
Restaurant dinning area clean and staff put away my trash when I finished.
Staff friendly and courteous. Quickly took order and made fresh.
Restrooms were clean and well kept.
Outside was clean and grass well groomed.

The new burger is amazing

1st time been to the Blvd store since it burned. Iam impressed looks nice was very clean! Food was hot and fresh!!! Employees very friendly. We enjoyed our lunch. Can't wait to go back! #Jamocashake
