O'Charley's Restaurant & Bar

Tamara was our server today, she was absolutely amazing!! She made sure that our entire dining experience was filled with awesome food and drinks. Tamara's attention to detail rivaled any fine dining restaurant that I have frequented. I am telling you, Tamara is the real deal!! We thoroughly enjoyed our lunch today. This O'Charley's location is blessed to have this lady on their team.

We had a group of nine meet for lunch last week. They were able to accommodate us in a reasonable amount of time and our server had taken care of us previously in a visit for lunch. She is a very professional, great personality, and gets us taken care of quickly. Our food was out in a phenomenal amount of time and was very good. No one had a complaint of any kind.

Today, August 22,2021 we Celebrate my Sister Tanya’s Birthday. O’Charleys is one of her favorite restaurants.

I arrived early but it’s was packed. I had a party of 18. The Manager Mark, told me it would be about an hour or longer before the my could have the area ready for a Birthday Party.

But, I prayed and Believed God that they would be able to get us in before 2pm and Praise God and they did. I was introduced to Erin as our waitress by the manager and she helped us decorate, arrange the tables and even helped us with the chair game.

She was just as good as Mark said she would be. I ordered the new Triple Steak Combo which comes with 6 inch steak, half ribs, chicken strips and I got the Sweet potato casserole and a loaded baked potato. However thr casserole was not seasoned at all. It’s like that just took it out of can and added cinnamon to it! Wrong Answer that’s why I taste it a 1. Definitely needs work.

I requested the House Salad and as you can see from the picture how fresh, and ripe all the vegetables were. I give it 4 stars ⭐. The hot butter rolls are delicious. I give them 4 stars also. My ribs were seasoned, tender and falling off the bone with the right amount of BBQ sauce and a Hickory Smoked flavor. I give them 4.5 stars ⭐. My chicken strips were crispy, tender, seasoned and good. I give them 4 stars ⭐. I sure wish they had the honey Chipotle strips or even the sauce. My steak was tender, seasoned, not gummy in fact I cut it my plastic knife that’s how good and tender it was. I give it 4 stars along with my loaded baked potato.

My Sister told me that this was the best Birthday Party she ever had in her entire life. Everyone had such a wonderful time, the food and the great service we received from Erin and Mark the manager who cared around and asked us how we were doing? How is the food and is there anything he could do? We were very well pleased and happy with everything. Look at the pictures:

I do want to say that Erin fixed the best Armor Palmer tea. I give it 5 stars ⭐ thanks Erin for helping to make my Sister’s Birthday she will cherish and remember for the rest of her life.

Greeted and seated by a very friendly gentleman who may have been a manager. Great smile and attitude. Kendra was a phenomenal waitress and took fantastic care of us! We haven't had an experience like this at an O'Charlies in a long time, but we came from a different state. Probably the best waitress we've had this entire year from anywhere. Kendra is a keeper for sure!! We would hire her in a heartbeat!

Service, food and waiter were perfect. Well prepared in a timely manner I will definitely return.

Had a blast spent a week in the area and this is by far the best place to come to the staff is amazing very accommodating and extremely friendly they really make you feel like a valued customer I most definitely will be returning everytime I come through Fultondale and management is exceptional very friendly it’s a must for me to come through when ever I’m in town always receiving a very warm welcome which if your a trucker like myself means a lot

Tamara always takes good care of my family and I when we come! It feels good to come in a major establishment with major foot traffic and someone remembers you! Definitely a server who understands excellence! Way to go girlie!

The staff was a little slow but the food and service was still amazing....I'd definitely go back

I had the cedar plank salmon with potatoes toppled with bacon and mac-n-cheese. It was very good and filling. I just wish there was one near me in Oklahoma. The family got the fisherman's platter and shrimp pasta. All of the other we're good also. I don't think this place has a bad meal.

This was my second time ordering this the first was not right. But this time was perfect. Steak was cooked great. Burger had the bacon on it this time. Very good job!!!

I had the sirloin steak pasta. The steak was tender and seasoned very well. The pasta sauce was delightful with the touch of spice on the back end. I suggest this dish!!

Shanda was my bartender Monday night! I was so impressive of her being attentive and very kind. I have been coming to a O’Charleys for years….but shanda keeps us coming back every week! She’s like family!

Love this place. A bit crowded but to be expected on a Sunday after church. I have always gotten the same thing for several years. They have removed my meal from the menu but I always request it. They are so nice to oblige. #shrimpbayoupasta #cajunchickenbutwithshrimp

My family and I had stopped by here a few days ago to get some food, and we had Abie as a server, and she was absolutely amazing! She was very professional, very friendly, polite, well-mannered, and took care of us very well. She was not only amazing in those ways, but she was also very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed and then some. Our drink glasses were never half empty, before she was coming to our table to refresh our beverages. I would highly recommend this restaurant for anyone who is looking for good food, great service, and outstanding quality.

Atmosphere, food, and service was great! We had Maya and she was amazing!

This is mine and my mother's go to place to eat when we are in the Birmingham area. The food is always great especially the steak. We love the cheese wedges and margaritas too! Our servers have always been friendly and attentive. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

We had a group of 10 with 4 kids. Our server was quick to get the drinks and rolls out to us. Our order came fast. I had the grilled chicken with peach chutney. Very delicious. My husband tried the balsamic chicken and loved it.

Visited recently for dinner and Kenya was absolutely amazing!!!! She had just came on for her shift and she set the tone for the entire atmosphere!!! She was nice, patient, and highly knowledgeable of the menu!!!! Really enjoyed her service and the food was delicious as well!!!! Keep up the awesome work Kenya we will definitely be back to see you!

Went to dinner after a quick shopping trip, and this experience was great! We got to the restaurant around 7:15, and it looked really busy. Despite this, my wife and I got in and seated immediately. Our server, Tamara, quickly got our orders in, and I swear it was the fastest service I have ever gotten in a sit-down place. Tamara was super friendly to us, and we had a wonderful evening. Will definitely be coming back.

Today was the first time in years I’ve been to O’Charley’s. Food was great and the service was phenomenal. Our server Miya was on point today. Her smile and promptness made the experience one of the best I’ve had in a long time.. Will definitely be back
