Guy in truck # 1006 is super polite, helpful and professional. I had to back in next to him in Tonkawa, Oklahoma tonight, he took the time, got out, and helped me back in - with no issues, without being asked- just sort of saw my struggle and walked up. This company must promote values like being courteous. It was slightly different backing for me, y'all's trucks loaded with split tandems stick out farther than I'm use to-but I learned something from him.

I'm home with Montgomery Transport LLC , from the driver's to even the safety man Jason, we are all a pleasure to work with. They treat their drivers as well as their own family, if not better. For any potential flatbed applicants, I suggest checking out Club 34 for some exercise 💪 to keep a long , healthy , safe career ahead of you.

Great company to work for started in October 2016 . Always get me home when I need to be home. Never have to wait for a load always keeping me moving. Driver trainer.

I have worked for this company almost 7 years. I had a massive heart attack at around year 5. They took excellent care of me and made sure I had medications and food for my family. They go out of there way for the drivers when they can. I now work local with a great team member named chico, and see on a daily basis what goes on around the yard.. if you are willing to work and follow the company rules you will do great

Have been working here for a little under a year now and I have yet to have any problems with the company or anyone working here. If problems arise everyone is willing to help or refer you to someone else that can, drivers and staff have been incredibly friendly, equipment and pay are top notch, and I truly feel at home here. Montgomery Transport has exceeded my expectations and I plan on being here for the long haul. Thank you for giving me a place where I feel at home.

The orientation was satisfactory.Hotel was OK. I had sumptuous meals everyday. Danny knows his onions. We covered every aspect of truck driving.He handled the training well. I look forward to having a good time here.

Was supposed to attend orientation 9/6/22 but had something come up last minute beyond my control Deborah sent me an email letting me know when im ready to start. I will be attending orientation 9/12/22. Terrell is an awesome recruiter answered all my questions and even gave me his cell # for any after hours questions. That is unheard of now day. I been driving 14 years. I prefer to run SE only and be home on weekends they said no problem as its non forced dispatch i can go where i want or not. Weekends home no problem either. I already feel like family and i have not rven gotten to orientation yet but am fully approved with all verifications done. I cant wait ya'll.

I worked here for 2yrs. It is the best company to drive for. It feels more like family working together. They will take care of you as long as you do your job. Drivers are always quick to help other drivers. Both in and out of company. You show respect, and you will get it back 10 fold at least.
I'm not here now, but I will be applying again in the future. I can't wait to get back with them. Like I said before working with Montgomery Transport is more like being part of a family.

I have been here for over 16 Months, and I have no complaints. I truly feel at home here. The family atmosphere isn't just a cliché, it's a fact of life for ever member of the staff, the drivers, the trainers, and the whole Montgomery Transport Team.

I really love working here. Though it's not always the "perfect" job, they are really trying to make it one. They work hard to keep you busy, and happy. They're willing to listen to the drivers, to make things better for them. I've found a home here, and plan on retiring here.

I have been with the company two months. I get plenty of miles. I don't sit waiting on a LOAD. They keep you rolling. I am home weekly if I choose. Good pay. Great staff. Great driver manager.

The best trucking company I've worked for.

I've been driving for Montgomery about 7 months, and I couldn't be happier. The pay is great, and so are the miles. This company really takes care of their drivers in every way possible. For example when my truck ended up in the shop for a few days, instead of putting me in some motel room to wait, they rented me a car so I can go home and spend that time with my family. Montgomery has by far exceeded my expectations and I plan on staying with until I retire.

Just started working for Montgomerry I can’t think of a bad thing to say about then even the orientation was awesome they don’t just talk they actually follow up. Great money best part of it is the respect you get from them. Best company I’ve ever work for I highly recommend it. We don’t get pay for this just honest facts

I'm a new driver currently in orientation. I think the respect and orientation is top notch for all drivers. My recruiter Allyson is a very great person to get me here on at Montgomery transport. Danny the bus driver and training guy is very good at what he does and I'm looking forward to being a safety minded driver and keeping my job with the family here I give Montgomery 5 stars in everything they're doing to keep the drivers happy

I worked at Montgomery for a short time , this was one of the only truck companies I have ever works for that kept the promises and did everything they said they would . I only left for a different career move. This is a great company to work for I have no complaints.

This is by far & away the BEST trucking company I have ever worked for in my career. They treat their drivers like we are family & will absolutely bend over backwards to take care of you & will absolutely get you home when you want to be home.
