Bountiful Family Cleaners

I have been using Bountiful Family Cleaners for years. Growing up in Bountiful, I remember coming there with my mother when I was younger. I now live in Syracuse and drive to Bountiful for my dry cleaning. I've always had a great experience with them. I recently needed my father-in-laws suit coat cleaned for a funeral. Bryce and his staff were able to get it done by the deadline, which was much faster than their normal turn around time.

They saved it! I had a suit jacket covered in bright blue gum. I thought it was unrecoverable, but they pulled off a miracle and now it looks as good as new. Good service, reasonable prices, very professional. Highly recommend.

This is the best place to get dry cleaning. I have brought my suits here for years and every time they are cleaned well and timely. They also do alterations and repairs. I usually walk in but will sometimes use the drive thru.

I was in a bit of a bind the other day when finishing up two sweet little blessing dresses that I was making out of a friend's mom's wedding dress. The blessing of the twins was occurring in three days. My sewing machine got some black oil on the first dress. I thought I had taken care of the problem but was still being very careful when oil got on the second dress just as I was doing the last stitches. It was fabric that had to be dry-cleaned, so I called Bountiful Family Cleaners to see if they could sell me just a little bit of solvent to get the marks off of the dresses. They told me that they couldn't, and they were trying to get away for high school graduation, but if I could bring the dresses in, they would take care of the marks. I quickly gathered the two dresses and took them to Bountiful Family Cleaners. I showed them the spots and also a black spot that was originally on the wedding dress. They were so nice and quickly cleaned both dresses and made them look good as new! I tried to pay them and gladly would have, but they wouldn't let me. I was so impressed! I am always happy with the work that Bountiful Family Cleaners does for me.

Brought my wedding dress in to get it cleaned after taking bridal photos. I was feeling very stressed about it getting cleaned in time and I didn’t want to spend a ton of money because the dress wasn’t super dirty, they were super nice and accommodating and made the whole process go a lot better! The communication was great. Very impressed!

This was my first experience with a dry cleaner. I needed to get my king size down comforter dry cleaned. I Googled Bountiful Dry Cleaners and called four on the list. Bountiful Family Cleaners was the least expensive by half in most cases and at least 30% at the minimum. They were also the only ones that could get it done in less than a week. They ended up getting done the next day without an additional charge. I dropped it off in a garbage bag, but they returned it in a very nice bedding bag - which I'm hanging on to so I can take it back for future cleanings. I'll be honest, since it was my first experience with a dry cleaner, I was nervous about damage or chemical smells - but everything is great. The comforter is clean and soft and I'm very pleased with my experience. I also appreciate that I could be notified by text when my order was ready. I'll be returning in the future. I had my suit dry cleaned recently here and I couldn't be happier with the timeliness, service, and quality of work. I needed my suit done by a certain time in a time frame that other dry cleaners would not be able to accommodate, but because Bountiful Family Cleaners had the services available on-site I was able to get my suit in time for an important interview. The suit was done when promised and I don't know if my suit has ever looked as good after coming from the dry cleaners as it did coming from Bountiful Family Cleaners. I was impressed. I will definitely recommend the company to others. I was very pleased.

All the staff is friendly, the prices are reasonable and they took care of the stains I had the first time. Other dry cleaners have not done so unfortunately.

We had some pictures done out at the salt flats in November, which left the bottom of my dress very dirty and crusted with salt mud, as well as splatters on my partner’s suit. We took our items here and got them back 5 days later looking fantastic

I got my wedding dress cleaned here a month after my wedding and they were still able to get all the dirt removed where my dress dragged on the ground. They were also able to clean my garment bag, which had picked up some of the dirt from the dress, so that I could put my clean dress into a clean bag. I was so thrilled! It looks as good as the day I got it! On top of that, the cost ended up being cheaper than the price they quoted me! Lucky day for me!

Recently I dropped of clothes to be dry cleaned. A few days later I picked up my clothes. After arriving home I noticed that a sealed bag was attached to a hanger with my clothing. I opened the bag and realized that it contained money...money I had left in a pocket when I dropped of my clothes. I have felt so impressed.

Bountiful Family Cleaners is the best dry cleaning facility around, hands down! My clothes always come back in wonderful condition. The people who work here are always so kind and friendly and will even bend over backwards for you to take care of your needs. I recently needed my growing son’s hem let out of his pants for an upcoming high school dance. Even though it was last minute, Deb worked her magic in coordinating efforts to have them cleaned in time for the seamstress to have them ready in time for the dance. No matter who greets you at the window, they always have a smile on their face and are ready to help you with even the most difficult dry cleaning needs.

Bountiful Family Cleaners is my dry-cleaner. They do a great job and are always quick. Every experience I have had there has been great.

My dirtiest job that I have had them take care of was a batch of old ties that all were soiled and unwearable. They were able to make them look good again, taking all of the stains that had been there for years. I will definitely go there again.

Had a large, somewhat inconvenient project that like 3 other cleaners turned down before these guys took it on. Deborah was great to work with, very fast to turn things around, and just really on top of communication and making the whole project super easy. Will absolutely work with Bountiful Family Cleaners again!

I needed my uniforms dry cleaned and ready by Saturday. Unfortunately they were doing maintenance on their machine and so I was out of luck. I went back to my truck and was in the process of looking for another 24 hour dry cleaners. The owner (I'm assuming he is) came out and told me he'd see if he could stop the maintenance and get my uniforms done by this afternoon. He was able to stop the maintenance and saved me a trip to not her store. Customer service like this rarely exists anymore. I will go to Bountiful Family Cleaners as long as I continue to live in Bountiful.

Bountiful Family Cleaners is a truly outstanding dry cleaner, not only in the quality of what they do but also in their commitment to their customers. I had used them happily for years and have found them always helpful, prompt and a pleasure to work with. They recently mailed me a very large order which was way more than I thought any cleaner would do with hesitation. Beyond the service seemed like they truly wanted to get me my gear I had thought I lost nearly 9 months prior, as I changed numbers with the change of location. BFC is a BFF to those who are fortunate to utilize this remarkable gem. You will not be disappointed!
