Peak Performance Physical Therapy

Peak Performance is excellent. Mason Wood and Regan were my therapist’s, Mason did an excellent job with me, I had him the most Actually, everyone was so nice and I never had to wait. Great atmosphere, very clean and organized. I recommend, if you ever need therapy this is the place to go. ❤

Felt more like visiting with family rather than physical therapy. Everyone from the front desk to the therapists to the technicians to the owners were both professional and personable. I highly, highly recommend Peak for your PT! My therapist, Katie, knew exactly what I needed from day one, and I just completed my visits today, and could not be more satisfied. The owners are very engaged, and sincerely care about each customer. I hope I don’t need therapy again, but if I do, I will definitely go back to Peak!

I Have used Peak Performance 4 different times over the years. Always the same result. They have always been perfect and the first time I met them I literally could not move my leg side to side. Will has been awesome and I appreciate what he has done for me and made my quality of life tremendously better. Thank you to the entire staff for assisting me when I come in the door.

Just finished my therapy at peak performance for my knee replacement. They are the best. All of the therapist are so nice and work with you really well. I have done really wonderful. They did not rush me through. Were always considerate in wanting to know if I was hurting and very incouraging by telling me in time it will get better and better. Try them out if you need therapy. I believe you will be pleased with the outcome. Thanks again to all of you at peak performance.

I can not say enough good things about the people at Peak Performance. Everyone was so friendly, making me feel instantly comfortable when I was feeling the opposite of that physically. Bonnie & Colton listened and pivoted what they did based on my progress the entire time I was seeing them, and I went from intense waves of pain to almost nothing. After being on my own for the past couple of weeks I feel confident that I am armed with the correct form of an arsenal of stretches and exercises to keep from having a flare up, or at least can work myself out of it quickly now if it does happen. Thank you so much!

I couldn’t stand or walk after an extended stay in the hospital and was using a walker . Katie Holliday was my therapist and she had me off the walker and walking within two weeks. I went for therapy twice a week for about 2 1/2 months. Peak Performance is a great place with very professional and courteous staff. If you need therapy I highly recommend Peak Performance.

I just finished my therapy at Peak Performance and it was a great experience from the friendliness and professionalism of the staff to the cleanliness of the facility the entire experience was truly wonderful. And a special thank you to Katie H. your treatment and therapeutic techniques helped so much. Thank you all and I would highly recommend them for any therapeutic needs.

I had a total knee replacement and my therapy began at peak after three weeks in a Rehab. Facility. I was waking with a walker and was in extreme pain. When I first started therapy at Peak I could hardly bend my knee, but as of today I have finished my therapy and reached 119 degree bend in my knee. I was so thankful. The therapist were very nice and helped me reach my gold. If I ever need therapy again I will choose Peak for sure.

My recent experience with Peak Performance Physical therapy of Florence was an excellent one. Due to recent surgery my shoulder blade had been effected & this caused me to have limited use of my arm & shoulder. Bonnie & my therapist, William, gave me excellent care! I’ve had physical therapy before & Peak Performance was head & shoulders above the others. Their entire staff is professional, helpful & caring. I highly recommend them for your physical therapy needs.

I had knee replacement on Dec 2, 2020 and I had my other knee replacement on Nov. 8, 2021. I had my therapy at Peak Preformance both times. The therapists there are wonderful. They work you hard, but they get results. The ladies out front are very nice too. They always greet you with a smile and a hello when you come in for your appointment. If I have to have more therapy Peak is where I would go. I highly recommend them.

I just finished several sessions with Katie at the Florence location for my vertigo. I urge anyone with BVVP (positional vertigo) or any problems with dizziness to schedule an appointment at Peak Performance with Katie. She helped me tremendously and is caring and friendly.

My name is Beverly Smith. I started with peak performance after a my hospital stay in Huntsville for drug induced myopathy from my medications prescribed for me. I could not lift my legs and had no energy. I started with David Sweat for my beginning visit. I progressed quickly. I told them to push me hard, David and Bonnie were great. I came out walking without a cane and my mental status has greatly improved due to my ability to walk again. Thank you to David and Bonnie and all of the staff. I love all of you

I met with David Sweatt for a screening and he provided some Very helpful insight on some pains I have been experiencing for years. He showed me some very simple and effective exercises that addressed my specific needs. He also took the time to explain the "why" behind everything in a way that I could easily understand - Very much appreciated! I could not ask for better treatment. Friendly, Professional, and Productive are a few words to describe my experience at Peak Performance.

After total left knee replacement i chose Peak Performance as my rehab provider and am really glad I did. The staff is knowledgeable extremely helpful and caring. The facilities are first class. I highly recommend them. Ask for Kerri she had the patients to fix this old guys knee and had me walking without pain in no time

I'm very pleased with my experience at Peak Performance. Everyone there is professional yet very caring and friendly. I couldn't be more happy with the progress I've made with my Achilles tendonosis. Thanks to my therapist, Sloan Dickerson, I'll soon be walking again pain free. I highly recommend Sloan and Peak Performance for anyone needing therapy.

If I could give peak performance more than five stars I would.
The physical therapist there are great, they definitely know what they're doing and put a lot of heart in what they do.
They may not they made have alleviated all my pain but Megan showed me what to do to stop a lot of the pain.
I would definitely recommend peak performance and if I ever have to go back for physical therapy that's where I'll be going.

Will has been working with me for a few weeks and I can definitely tell an improvement. He also explains everything he is doing and how it effects my body. This will help me continue to improve when we are no longer working together. The facility is great and the entire staff is extremely professional and caring. Thank you Will & Peak Performance. My son Samuel has used Peak on two different occasions, after a knee surgery for torn meniscus as well as recently after a torn Achilles’ tendon injury. Sam has been able to work with several members of the Peak Team and we have been very pleased with his progress and ability to get back into sports. Very easy to schedule and the new facility is awesome! Shout outs to Will, David, Sloan, Kerri and Bonnie.
