I just walked in, hoping for a pedicure. I had a delightful experience; Stephen gives an amazing leg/foot massage. Plus my toes look great and my callouses are gone.

I have been to this nail salon three (3) times. Every time I’ve gone, they’ve got me in and out quickly, yet I’ve never got the feeling that I was being rushed. The quality of work done has always been excellent. The prices are right in line with other local nail salons.
Also, I am very comfortable going dressed however I might be. I don’t feel like I need to get “dressed up” to just go get my nails done.

This place is GREAT! MY daughter is 3 and she's use to getting her nails done biweekly. I tried this place because Libbies refused to treat my daughter as a customer and we loved the service. We've now be going for three months and each time the employees are great with my daughter. She doesn't give them any problems and they treat her like a customer

The gentleman who does the pedicures here does the BEST leg massages of any place I've gone. I feel like he could leave you soaking for a bit longer but that's ok. And two nail people both do excellent designs!

I’ve been going here for coming up on three years now. I’ve never had a problem... I get fussed at for not coming back when should though. I’ve never had a nail to break and the gel polish stays on forever, can’t go without it. Great service.

I've been using this nail salon off & on for about 3 years, but for the last TWO years, this is the ONLY salon I've used. When first moving to this area, I knew NOTHING about any of the salons around here, so I tried multiple different nail shops, to compare to eachother. Once I've tried MANY different places, I try to choose the one who's got the most good qualities that I look for in a nail salon (or any other service). After the first visit to Nails 31, I couldn't help coming back over and over after giving other salons a chance here & there. I realized quickly that THIS was THE place to go! They have good hours of business, the owner Jimmy is a great nail tech & can do just about ANYTHING you could possibly want from a nail salon. His wife, as well as a few other employees are there almost always, so there's RARELY EVER a shortage of nail techs, unless it's during a holiday, when there are an unusual amount of customers seeking services. The shop is ALWAYS clean & very professional in both appearance as well as the manner in which all the employees conduct themselves. The prices are the lowest I've found in Gardendale, Fultondale, & other surrounding areas. I've ALWAYS left, 100% satisfied with the work that's been done. Very friendly staff; talkative, polite, knowledgeable, and willing to do what it takes to make their customers happy, including MANY times, staying late (even after closing time) to make sure that each and every patron got their services completed. I am VERY pleased with this salon in general and would recommend it to ANYONE who asked! Go check out Nails 31 the next time you need a mani, pedi, gels, acrylics, etc. I can almost guarantee, you won't be at all disappointed when you leave!!!

Best place in Jefferson county to get your ladies nails done,so skilled!

My visit there was great! The saff and atmosphere was very nice. I just loved the warm towel wraps on my legs, so relaxing. My plans are to become a regular customer.
