Charlotte was SO helpful. We scheduled a VIP appointment (highly recommend) and she had everything prepared for us before we hit the lot. There was one vehicle we wanted to see, and she demonstrated every trim level with excellence. There was no question she couldn’t answer, and she highlighted every “mom” detail that would influence my decision for this stage of life as a new mother. At no point did I feel like this was a “car salesman” experience. Cannot recommend her enough! The Greenway team also made the experience smooth and enjoyable. We have been a die hard Dodge family and still have Dodge vehicles but the KIA Sportage SX-Prestige is as nice as the Dodge Cherokee L. We had supberb service ! We went to just look around that day and a wonderful lady met us with a beautiful smile and welcomed us! Her name was Trevia ! She was ready to show us what they had available right then ! We didn’t have to stand around in the parking lot snd wait for anyone to come out . So we were greeted with the utmost hospitality , we then went to see cars that she had readily available to see and drive , so we found what we actually went there to look at a beautiful KiA soul ! We had been talking g about it and finally went to look at some and ended up driving it home!! The GM - Joe come to meet us and helped with getting us approved and we were given a snack and a drink while we waited Also Trevia gave us a tour of the facility and we met John Wilson in Finance who helped explain all the details then we met Glenn Gray in parts . My husband and I came in here after going to Greenway of Honda and they literally turned us away because we didn’t have $5,000 down. Chris, Will and Tanner really showed up to work today! To say they were great would be an understatement!!! We were completely honest and upfront about both our credit and told them about Honda, they said “well let us put you in vehicle.” We are now leaving with 2020 Kia Telluride!
